It is my first Bad comment giving to any company,

Unfortunately, I have learned the hard way, I simply trusted them over the phone when I switched over to them, after 3 months I reviewed my charges in detail I realized I have been charged for my CC Transactions bet 4 and 5%

when I called them they showed me all fine lines, and if even they could answer my questions the transferred me to the higher-ups, and even he had no explanation... BUT I got no refund till my last charge went to debt collection agency, I paid it off

Please STAY AWAY FROM IPAYMENT- For your benefit

I process cc"s via email ivoices and e-commerce and this company almost bank rupted me and they just do not care about small businesses or real people.they have had my money for over 3 weeks on hold and I still can not get my money!!!

I told 3 times that I owe them money paid off twice and they called me today again that I owe 37.50 and they also said that they never got there money from any credit collection agency I have bank statement proving I have paid them twice

I'm just a stay at home mom not so stay at home anymore was trying to get my salon business at home started and I went to the clover website and they sent me to I payment I was told that it was $30 a month +1.49% +5 cents per swipe I was so excited it was perfect for my small business and was totally affordable. After the first month I started getting four times that amount in fees was being charged 3.5% Plus an additional other bunch of fees that I was not told about. I tried getting a hold of managers that signed me up none of their emails were working none of their phone numbers were working so I called the customer service line and got the runaround for two months before I finally got a hold of somebody and they still couldn't fix my problem. I had to call the bank twice because the charges were not authorized at all. Now I have to fight because I canceled my account after 2 1/2 months of fighting and then 24 hours later got a $350 charge on my account for canceling it's been a complete and utter nightmare not to mention I can't even find the documents that I signed because the website that I signed them on does not work .

I OPENED A MERCHANT ACCOUNT WITH I PAYMENT ON 5/2/2016 AND I HAD SERIOUS ISSUES FROM DAY 1 , FIRST AMEX ACCOUNT WAS NOT SET UP AT ALL HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS UNTIL THEY FIXED THAT THEN MY DEBIT ACCOUNT WASN'T WORKING AT ALL THEN FOUND OUT THAT FLEXIBLE SPENDING CARDS WEREN'T WORKING EITHER WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL REASON WHY I SWITCHED FROM OTHER PROCESSOR.

AFTER FIVE DAYS OF E-MAILS AND PHONE MESSAGES MY REP JAASAN SANFORD CALLS ME TO TELL ME THAT HE'S NEVER WORKED THAT LONG ON AN ACCOUNT AS IT WAS MY FAULT THAT HE DIDN'T SET UP ANYTHING RIGHT , EVEN MY PIN PAD ISN'T WORKING HE DIDN'T BOTHER TO MAKE SURE IT'S SET UP CORRECTLY . AFTER A LONG STRUGGLE TO GET THRU TO SOMEONE , JAASAN STANFORD REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE WITH TECH SUPPORT TO SEND ME A NEW PIN PAD , RIGHT NOW IAM LOOSING BUSSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANIES INCOMPITENT EMPLOYEES. IAM FRUSTRATED WITH NO WHERE TO GO.
