They are a scam!!!!

They don't pay ever. They owe me for 6 interactive sessions. I've called and emailed and they just LIE LIE LIE saying payments are delayed...yeah over 6 months delayed...whatever. I filed a BBB complaint, they never responded. I made a fb page about them being a scam- check it out to raise awareness- https://m.facebook.com/Invoke-solutions-scam-630486633765886/?ref=bookmarks

Invoke currently has more than 45 complaints against them with the better business bureau as well as an "f" rating. The problem is they are not paying for the surveys and focus groups they offer in a timely manner. I urge everyone who has had a bad experience to report this to bbb as well as ftc. Some agency needs to step in an investigate this. I would love to see a class action lawsuit filed against them; they need to experience some punitive action so they aren't so quick to do it in the future.

This company is a SCAM!!

This company hosts focus groups for various comanies and solicit participants for these groups online. After promising either $30 -$35 for a 90-minute survey and stating the reward will come around 8 weeks, they then fail to pay up. Contacting them is futile, They ignore all methods of contact.

Invoke Solutions has an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau, and that within the past 3 years has had 45 complaints filed against them and 33 complaints in the past 12 months by their employees? They have a history of not paying participants for their online focus groups after promising reimbursement for doing so, myself being one of them. I participated in 4 focus groups in March and Aprile of 2016 and was promised $100. reimbursement. I haven't seen a penny of this.

In addition, they also don’t respond to emails or letters requesting payment, and have even not responded to the BBB when requested. I wold discourage anyone who receives and email from them to just press "delete." Invoke solutions is unethical, has no integrity, and rips off their participants. This company is a SCAM!!

Completed a 90 ,minute chat session survey with a $30 (Paypal) incentive to be delivered within eight weeks.

Seven weeks into it, I e-mailed a request for verification that I would be receiving the incentive within the next (final) week of the eight-week period. Their response was that because other surveys were causing them to be late with payments (incentives), I could also expect a delay. They did not seem too concerned or apologetic about it. In other words, it appears that Invoke Research surveys pay well, it sure takes a long time for payment. Eight weeks PLUS is a long time for anything these days!

I will post here again once I receive payment.

I did a research in the first week of feb2016 and it is now the end of the second week of april and i have emailed the support site but still have got no response. Its into the 9th week of april and have recieved no payment or "email gift pass". I have emailed them 3 times and still no response. They had no problem inviting me again to another research study but nothing else

I participated in two focus groups for this company on 1/20 and 2/24. The one on 1/20 was supposed to pay $35 to my paypal account in 6-8 weeks. It has been much longer than that, and still no payment. The one on 2/24 was supposed to pay via pre-paid debit card, and has also yet to pay. On 4/18 I contacted Invoke, and received a reply on 4/19 that said the payments had been delayed and said that both would be paying with prepaid gift cards.

I find it really unprofessional that I wasnt contacted and told the payments were delayed several weeks ago, and that they refuse to honor the $35 to my paypal account. It feels like they are stalling to avoid payment.

On September 17, 2015 I took part in a survey panel for Invoke Research. Myself and the other panelists were promised a $35.00 incentive to participate in a 90 minute live survey, we were to be payed within 6 weeks of the survey date. It is now October 30th, 2015 the 6 weeks have passes and I have not been payed.

I have made 2 attempts to contact the Invoke company but have not received any kind of reply from them. I have a confirmation email from them that reads..

Hi,

Thank you for your participation in our study on Thursday, September 17th 2015.

Please expect to receive your $35 incentive in about 6 weeks from the date of the session, via PayPal, to the same email address where you have received your invitation.

If you have any questions, please contact the Support Site.

I have not received any other communication from Invoke on this matter and am still expecting my payment, my next step will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, as well as the FCC. If need be I will contact news outlets and inform them of this scam company as well.
