Anytime you order their study guides, practice tests and/or services and get shoddy preparation materials for the CLEP and Dantes complain to the Better Business Bureau, the North Carolina Attorney General's Office, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Cary, North Carolina Police Department and contact PayPal and/or your credit card company to dispute these charges.
