I was very disappointed in my overall experience with this company. They are very good at selling themselves. Nowhere in their initial advertisement does it say they are going to put you on a restrictive 500 calorie/day diet. They only give you this information After you have given them their $625. My main issue was with the HCG hormone injections. Unfortunately I had some very negative side effects. When I tried to voice my concerns and issues in my first follow up appt, Lee completely steam rolled over me and 100% denied that my symptoms had absolutely nothing to do with the HCG hormone injections. By the second week I was completely convinced that the hormones were absolutely affecting me in a negative way. I decided to stop taking them, within 12 hours I noticed a change for the better, within 48 hours I felt like my old self again. Keep in mind I am less than two weeks in their advertised 8 week program. Since Lee wasn't receptive in person I decided to email her that I was quitting her program. I gave her no wiggle room to talk me out of it. And I asked for a refund. She then proceeded to get very passive aggressive. (I have ALL emails as proof) She did not want to give me a refund at all. She then proceeded to swindle me out of as much money as she could. At the end of the day I only received $130 back. Even though Chuck Hall verbally told me in my initial consult that the Nutriontist session appts were worth $39.50. Lee said that they were only worth $20. Towards the end of our interactions she was very unprofessional and very passive aggressive.
