Inn Season Resorts-this company is dishonest and consumers should avoid any dealings with them. The first sales rep spoke to us for 90 minutes, at which point we declined because it didn’t work for us; they then sent in a second sales rep who negated this by assuring us that we could use it with the program we already had. They (conveniently, in hindsight), withheld access to our account until after the rescission period. Upon IMMEDIATELY discovering the fraud and contacting them, they quoted from their contract and claimed it was too late to rescind. Additionally, they did not take any responsibility for the actions of their rep but rather, asked us why we didn’t fact check. We did not attend with the expectation that we would be lied to. They will claim they tried to work with us; that consisted of attempting to assure us that we would have a better product if we were willing to pay them more money. Bottom line is they will lie to you to sell you the product, then rather than do the honest thing, they will claim that the assurances never happened and offer for you to give them additional money. There are honest and reputable time share companies whose interest is to sell you a product with which you are satisfied-stay away from this one; they are not in that category.
