We fulfilled tee shirt orders (printed the online orders and mailed products to customers) for Ray Perkins and Inkjunkeyz from May 2014 to September 2014 after he left another supplier in Pennsylvania.

Several times during that period, we had to stop fulfilling orders due to non-payment by Ray Perkins. Eventually, he would catch up what he owed and we would start filling orders again. We carelessly allowed the bill to get up to $5,000, stopped filling orders again and Ray refused to pay us. Then he physically disappeared.

We have two judgments against him and have been in and out of court since late 2014 trying to collect our money. Ray has managed to evade being served subpoenas to appear in court, taken companies and bank accounts out of his name, and either changed addresses or has given false addresses for his company’s return address. He even promotes an Ink and Arts Festival a couple of times a year somehow associated with InkJunkeyz, but he doesn’t have the money (or integrity) to pay the people he owes money? Our case is now in the hands of a collection agency.

We have since learned that he stiffed the supplier in Pennsylvania (the one he used prior to us) for over $15,000 and they have not been able to collect either. We also learned that there are many many people who ordered and paid but never got their products and never got a refund. I cannot understand how he gets away with it. The man has collected money from hundreds if not thousands of orders that have not been sent. That sounds like fraud and theft to me….

If you are a customer who has paid but not received your order or a refund, please complain here. If you are another supplier that he has stiffed, please report it here. The man should be held responsible for all the people he has scammed.

Do not buy!

Specifically asked for 50/50 blend shirt and asked them not to ship if they couldn't do it on that type of shirt. They sent me 100% cotton and have made no effort to try and resolve the issue. I've emailed and called with no response. Their customer service is garbage which says everything you need to know about the company.

I ordered from inkjunkeyz on march 12, 2016 after an instagram promo advertising 60% off a bathing suit i wanted. It's now may 10th and still nothing! i have written them a few times asking about the status of my order. Got one response saying it was being shipped from 'overseas.' um, do they not realize that you can order something from nearly any part of the world and get it shipped almost immediately? I'm out $50 but will be contacting my bank since they refuse to respond to any further messages or ship my order. This is a total scam. Oh, and they said they'd throw in a $5 sticker pack for the inconvenience. Haha. As if i want your stickers?! i'm pissed. I hate being taken advantage of and stolen from. They should be shut down. Today.

inkjunkeyz Magazine

I am a Tattoo Artist and I was also scammed by Inkjunkeyz. I was Tagged in one of Inkjunkeyz Instagram pages by one of my clients....It states "Do you want to be featured In our Magazine? Send us 2 - 3 of your Tattoos and you could be featured in our next Issue, blah...blah...blah" So I sent them some pics...they responded very quickly, of course nothing is free... They offered a full page of me and my Tattoos of choice for a special deal of $99 of course it got up to $150...Naturally I was pretty excited. Well I was supposed to be in Issue #8 that was supposed to come out on March 8th 2016....I also pre-ordered 5 hard copies for family and clients. Well no issue #8 ever came out , no digital download, no hard copies...Nothing. So after several emails to the so called editor and no responses. I was angry, very angry and embarrassed... So I put Inkjunkyez on blast on Instagram replying to their bogus Instagram posts...They finally sent me a message apologizing saying that they fired the editor and that they were sorry for the delay. They assured me that Issue #8 was going to be released on Friday March 18th. Well guess what No Magazine on March 18th, 19th, 20th or 21st as well as no reply to my messages or emails...finally went to my bank and filed a fraud form...I got my money back but these assholes need to be put out if their misery!!!!! ASAP!!!!

Thought so

I had a person today tag me the model search post from Instagram. I did send several photos. I was naturally excited to get an email back right away and I was gonna choose to send 250 to get into the magazine but I decided to do more research. I too am glad I did and seen this so I did not get scammed and have to file fraud on my bank.

Scam Artists

Inkjunkeyz got me too! I've been emailing them on their website and yesterday I went to send another message and they had deleted my order and all my messages. I've complained on their IG and now they've blocked me on there. These people took my money back in October and I'll probably never get it back but I don't want them to do this to anyone else.

Ripoff

I placed an order on 10/21/15 with Inkjunkeyz after seeing an Instagram post with 40% off using the "HumpDay" promo code. I'm am still waiting for my order. I have contacted the company several times via the phone and social media with no response.

I had been following Inkjunkeyz instagram account, and was attracted to a post where the website was offering 40% off select items with the promotional code "HUMPDAY". I visited their website and registered my account, and then proceeded to purchase a hoodie/sweater with the promotional code. Upon placing my order, I received a confirmation email with the usual disclaimer of "7-10 business days" in which to expect your order to be delivered. After nearly 3 weeks had passed, I logged into the website to check the order status, which displayed as "waiting to be fulfilled". I decided to contact the company with the provided customer service email address.

I emailed them several times and have never received a reply. After some research, I discovered that many people had been scammed by Inkjunkeyz, and that the company was advertising merchandise that was not their own. They are simply using pictures of other manufacturers' products. I came across an instagram account (inkjunkeyz.scam) dedicated to shutting these people down, and shedding light on just how many were fooled by Inkjunkeyz. Inkjunkeyz has a huge following on social media, and I'm in utter shock that they are still robbing people of their money.

Ray Perkins hired me as a photographer, put the celebrity photos I took in a mag, I NEVER WAS PAID

Unfortunatley, Ray Perkins also scammed me into working for him. I gave him a great deal on a photoshoot, and after sending him the finished edited images, he asked how he could get all the files so they could put even more in the spread of the magazine. Well, I asked that my invoice be paid before I send them any more files. Thats the last I heard from Ray Perkins. Here I am trying to run a successful business in an extremely tough market, and I was scammed by this crook. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT WORK FOR RAY PERKINS, INK JUNKEYS, OR THE TATTOO INDUSTRY MAGAZINE. If I am not paid within the next month I will put him on blast with the celebrity he had me shoot. This will not go well for him, and he will never be able to do business in Los Angeles again.

Hey I'm a local business owner in G.A. My shop has been around 10 years and I decided it was time to get a website. The owner of Inkjunkeyz had been coming to my shop about a year and was always talking about his magazine and tattoo brand and had mentioned a few times he did web sites. After about 4 months I asks him if he could build me one and he said sure I usually charge $2000.00 but said he would do it for $850.00 I was like cool let's do it. I gave him a $100.00 dollar deposit and he got to work. He rushed me threw the process gave me a layout of what would be done and produced. He came by my home and showed me how things would go and said later he would show me how to work site. We had a confrence call to verify how to use it and after each of my questions he said refer to BIG COMMERCE which is a internet site that sales templates to build your own website. I looked at my site and it was missing half the info and was not set up in a format for my car wash. No descriptions of my washes could be found packages nor extras. I called to ask him what's going on and no answer just a few emails. Stating that their work had been done and they were no longer responding when I continued calling he changed his number and email. I called the BIG COMMERCE company and set up my own free trail on their site the next day. Which showed me how to set up my web site myself. It cost no money unless I joined and the info I'd had I typed in myself and downloaded a few pictures. I then was contacted by BIG COMMERCE to see how I liked my new site I told them I was upset because someone had just set me an account up that I did not control. They said they didn't understand I explained Inkjunkeyz had set me up a web site threw them for $850.00 and they were appalled by what I shared with them and checked the web page he made and they said not even a hour of work had been done and they never heard of any One paying another party to do this for them. When they pulled up my company everything was in Mr. Perkins name. I hooked that website up too Yelp and google got plenty hits for a month had orders go threw and they went to his account somehow. I was truly scammed. On top of all of that he reversed a charge off $220.00 for a detail on his car. Something must be done looking to seek legal action.

In late August I was selected to be featured in their magazine. I was contacted by the assistant editor, Diana. She stated that being featured would be free but there was a $250.00 cost to cover the photographer. I made this payment through PayPal business on August 19, 2017. I was asked to select two t-shirts from their company to wear for the shoot, which did ship and they were received on September 20, 2017. She then stated she would get in touch with the photographer and he would contact me. The next day on the 21st she did a group email with myself and the photographer. In which he was not in town at the time. We finally got around to do a photoshoot on October 23, 2017. We were rained out and needed to do another shoot shortly after. They were edited and submitted fully on November 27, 2017. They have not responded since. I was told when I paid, that the money was not to be featured, but to pay for the photographer.

When I spoke with my photographer, in which, we still talk. He said that they were only.payimg him $50, and they have not paid him or responded to him either. I have called, emailed, and messaged via Instagram several times, as well as my photographer. We have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I simply want my money back. I've searched for more stories similar to mine and have found several cases with this company. This is one big scam, and it is flat out disgusting.

Hey there, I am a tattoo artist and was tricked into sending pictures of tattoos i have done to feature in a magazine called Inkjunkeyz. I was pretty excited as I have only been tattooing for 3 years at the time. So I ordered 5 copies of it for my family. It has been over a year and i havent recieved them. I have emailed and messaged on instagram a number of times. 99% of the time, I did not get a response and the other 1% would tell me I will get it next week, next week, next week......I also noticed that the release date of the magazine kept changing on their website. Everytime it got close to the release date, they would push it another month. This went on for about 8 months until someone finally messaged me on instagram because I had written a comment about them being a scam on a photo that they had posted. After that the status on their website changed from release date to awaiting shipment in my order history. Its been like that since then. Please do something about these guys. After I started to feel scammed, i googled reviews and it seems as though there are alot of people out there that have been scammed by the same company. There is even a page based on their scams on instagram. Something needs to be done. These guys cant get away with it any longer

Scammers

These guys are trying to suck money out of the tattoo industry by scamming artists who hope to have their work in magazines. They offer to print your work in their magazine (for a price) and then never print anything or ship anything you had ordered. Luckily, I was only scammed for the price of one copy of their "magazine", but sure as shit, these sort of reviews keep stacking up. Don't fall for their bullshit

I've waited a year

I've waited over a year and every 6 months or so they say it'll be another month. They haven't responded to anything in months. And they won't refund my money.

Scammed

I was suckered. They took my money and have yet to fulfill my order a month later. I finally checked into their validity and see many sites I can add my similar story of being ripped off by them.

Injunkeyz is a rip off. I ordered from them and never reciecved my merchandise, or a shipping date. The only thing my order reciept says is that it is "awaiting fullfillment", this has been over two months. Yet they took my money out the next day. They stole $102 from me, and refuse to contact me about it. I have left over 20 emails and voice mails with not one response. On their Instagram they are continuing to sell merchandise that they aren't delivering! Many people have been scammed by them, and they need to be shut down.
