Infinity Ink, Inc. Reviews

This outfit is nothing but a marketing scam machine which does not conduct business with real contracts, purchase orders or fairness. Nor do they even check the authority of the person they are on the phone with making up commitments. They cold call using a supposed third-party marketing company which they obviously do not train properly nor take accountability for their B.S. sales agreements and failure to explain or more like the purposeful omission of their methodology of sending a small shipment "for trial" while all the while putting in a huge order for more cartridges than one can use in a year. Yet they claim that the cartridge would last 6 times as long as OEM! So why would I order so much more?!

I couldn't have been any clearer that I did not want the additional laser cartridges after the trial period as I did not find that they produced even 3x equivalent of other cartridges. Considering that each toner cost $129.90 and that I had already tried it three times, it would irresponsible of me to commit to that ridiculous price again for their repackaged knockoff products. I finally figured not only were they defrauding us with a false order but also false representations of inferior products that were not only inconsistent but furthermore some were even marked "Remanufactured". The first one I tried bled out on both edges of the paper. They offered to exchange but I figured it was not worth the shipping cost and that I would just print in-house reports until the ink bleeds subsided. If I had wanted to get used/remanufactured product I would have specified so and ordered from somewhere else paying a small fraction of their price.

Yet, since I paid the original $581.51 bill sent in April 2017 (via credit card in September taking their offer to delay payment until I got a chance to try the cartridges), they insisted on sending another shipment for which I had a temporary assistant answer the phone to change the order to try instead just 4 inkjet cartridges (one for each color) for a different printer. However, they still shipped excessive amounts of product with no remorse nor an offer to correct. They did nothing except try to force the sale. They sent a big box with another 6 of the $129.90 toner cartridges that I DID NOT ORDER OR WANT ever again plus 3 times as many inkjet cartridges that we were willing to try and did want to order but only one set. On top of that, they had the nerve to tack on $217.62 in shipping charges for a box that weighed no more than 20 lbs. For that amount, I could buy a round-trip ticket to L.A. a, drop off their pile of poor printing products in person, file in small claims court of Los Angeles County and have all of their officers serviced notice. I should sue for triple damages as I have wasted at least a day of company time dealing with this issue.

When you make a complaint, tell them that they got the order wrong or that they have a miscommunication, they promise to call back with a resolution but never do. Instead, they try to woo you under the guise of customer service by offering to send VISA gift cards or to make exchanges. What would I want to exchange for?! More repackaged, remanufactured products? More crappy customer service? There is no way that I am going allow my employer to pay another dime to this company and especially not the billed $2,161.62 for their SCAM. They have NO legal ground to stand on. No authorization. No authentic product. NO INTEGRITY!

They mostly call now wanting their money. And then try more tricks to get it - i.e. splitting the invoices into 6 separate ones (so our bosses might not notice the excessive cost). They refuse to give me a return authorization. However, I am going to send the box back anyways with a letter from my lawyer referencing the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. I will also be contacting our credit card company for coverage in disputing the charge for their false advertising and consumer abuse.
