The living conditions of the properties are deplorable and violate state code for safe living. Home has been found in need of disrepair since 2014 and has ignored requests to fix the home for 2 + years ongoing. Tenant has original lease and leasers are in breach of written lease and Georgia code. Violations include no written notice of lease termination and no leasing terms throughout year 2016.
