InboxDollars Reviews

  • Jan 8, 2023

Today I spent an hour completeing a survey that was clearly a survey. When I clicked the finish button and it directed me back to the InboxDollars webpage which said that I didn't qualify for the survey that I had just spent and hour doing. And it didn't credit me the measely .25.

I am $3.06 away from being able to cash out on a $50 walmart rewards card and now suddenly in the past week I'm not being credited for the things I've been completeing.

Taking surveys for money. Once you build up enough cash you can get a reward for an Amazon gift card. They never sent the redemption code for the reward I cashed in. Should have gotten a 15 dollar Amazon gift e card.

We all want extra money for our pocket, who wouldn't? When Inbox Dollars first came on the scene, their rewards processes were fair. You were paid per email click. You could cash out at $10 which, wasn't rather hard to do.

I'm not sure when InboxDollars changed their business model, but now it's turned into a lottery system. You have to click to confirm emails and, after you click, it reups your scratch off bank. After so many clicks, you are able to choose different levels of scratch offs. I have demonstrated this process in my video.

On several occasions, after clicking through their mindless advertising emails, I have gone to scratch off the scratchers and, they scam you. You will scratch off $100, as you will see in my video, and then surprise, you're only credited $0.01. This has happened to me on MULTIPLE occasions. WHen I tried to snap a screenshot of it, InboxDollars has their technology set to instantaneously scratch off all the prize boxes.

On April 7, 2022, I finally discovered that using my screen recorder, their system would not instally scratch off the prize boxes. See my video to see how I was scammed! This has happened to me multiple times.

I finally reached out to ProEdge LLC and InboxDollars Customer Service Department today citing that I would reach out to the Federal Trade Commission and sue them if they don't credit my account. Let's see how they treat me!

Shame on you InboxDollars and ProEdge LLC for making people click thousands of useless email links while you collect advertising dollars to pay me, the consumer $0.01.

Let's see how they reply! Until then!

The company offers cash for completing surveys and other internet offers. When the client reaches the threshold to cash out $30.00 they delete the account and make money from the advertiser who never has to pay the client who did the work.

I cashed out at 31.00 and was waiting to receive it. I had earned another 20 plus dollars while waiting for my first check to arrive, then all of a sudden they closed my account. Never received any money and you get no where when you talk to them through email. I also tried their facebook page and they blocked me. Total scam!!! my daughters were cheated out of money also. They don't live with me) so we were not violating any rules. One is 27 the other is 21. One daughter lost 85.00 and the other lost 27.00. Their accounts were also deactivated. So all 3 of us lost our money in the same week.

After endless hours of filling out surveys, I had reached about $27, you need $30 to cash out. I got up one morning to take more surveys and my list was empty and my profile page was empty. So I added my profile info and saved. I then contacted their support page which has a chat app. I spoke with a rep and they told me that sometimes there are no surveys available, days have gone by and still nothing. I ontacted them again and was told they deactivated my abilty to fill out survys becasue I changed my profile info. I explaind to them that it was their site that reased my profile information and that I simply added it back. Still got no whare with them.

I searched on Google to see if anyone else had similar issues and turns out that there are 1000's of people out there that had there account deactivated for a lame excuse.

This is a scam, seems they randomly deactivate accounts when people get close to the $30 so that they cn pocket that money.

They are criminal and need to be put out of businnes!

Three years of doing their stupid emails etc and they just close my account and when I tried to re activate it to get my money they tell me that the account has been 'cleaned' and that it does not exist anymore. So they stole my money!!!!!

Inbox Dollars on 3 occasions fabricated false narratives in order to avoid issuing payments initiated by users who requested a payment. Inboxdollars terminated my account after reaching 92.50 and after hours of emailed and chatbox communications with Inboxdollars the problem was never solved. On the

second occasion under a new account at 50.20 at the point of a payment request, my account was closed. I had each account for a little over 8 months and had no problems until my earnings exceeded 100.00 comprehensively. Inboxdollar is not worth the time and they are taking desperate measures not to issue

out the small amounts of money their users diligently worked to obtain. It's time that people avoid this company and find other means to make a little extra coffee change.

I had 28+ dollars on my account then they said my account was inactive. As so as you get close to the $30 payout amount the more stuff goes wrong with your account. This company is a scam.

They kindly give you $5 when you sign-up... knowing that most people will work on it a while then quit, leaving cash for IBD as profits, and of those remaining many will have issues getting their money out!!

I was a member since college, so almost 10 years!!

my only mistake was to refer family members as I'm not one to tell friends & coworkers to waste time on such ridiculous sites like IBD, they give 2 cents for reading emails & have so many contests that noone ever wins & have surverys that mysteriously stall or exclude you on the last page, so IBD gets paid, but you don't!!

So my brother had a list of ongoing issues with IBD, first they closed his account as he used a foreign IP address, so he TOLD THEM he has a VPN on his laptop & maybe that interfered & he begged them to reactivate his account, which they did begrudgingly as VPNs are not stated in the TOS so legally he was alright!

THEN they refused to pay him $6 for no reason (they lost his emails etc), & when he finally asked a fourth time they closed his account AGAIN! He asked why & they provided a list of TOS violations, not even 30 minutes after he emailed them, so they literally had a list waiting to close his account & take his money!!!

IBD said that he again used his VPN, which I know for a fact he did not as he used a different laptop to check his IBD account, mine in fact, as I upgraded his laptop OS to Win 10 (a mistake I know).

SO, as he used MY laptop they also closed MY account as it violates TOS to use the same laptop, address (we have different addresses but he visits often), wifi signal even - eg. if a person uses a library wifit to check their account, and other people do too, then ALL of them can/will have their accounts closed according to the TOS that IBD selectively enforces.

I say IBD SELECTIVELY ENFORCES rules as that is how they make money! Their software & website spy on peoples activities & usage to find violations of TOS, which are stored until the scammed customer tries to cash out their hard earned money! Proof of this is that I have been a member for almost TEN YEARS, worked overseas in Japan, Philippines, & the Caribbean & not once did they close my account or hassle me, as I was not earning enough for them to notice me, but the second my brother tried to cash out they red flagged him & stole his $60 & my slowly increasing $15 (as he happens to be using the same wifi signal as me right now)!

They keep customers who refer friends & selectively steal from quiet people who do not refer others or have a large online presence (thereby reducing potential negative publicity).

IBD causes IBD & stinks!! They are immoral vultures & should be ashamed, as should the families of all their employees!!
