I want out!

To be honest Ty...you are stuck with the payments unless you file a bankruptcy. You probably don't want to do that but it will force them to settle out with you for a super low price. I took out a title loan for 1400 and had to pay back 300 biweekly. I filed a bankruptcy and settled out for $600. I had the bankruptcy dismissed after a month or two...long enough to receive the settlement offers

Ty

I dnt think they will.sue u or even can because the percentage is more than likely illegal in your state making the loan unenforceable. I read one lady said they didn't take her to court and tried to make a fake wage garnishment paper and sent it to her employer. But her employer caught it. Now she is trying to sue inbox loans

Hassle to apply

I have taken out 2 loans with this company. You would think since I am a returning customer that the re application process would be simple. Not with this company. It takes an hour to complete an application. They have to call my bank each time to verify my last three deposits. Not the ideal place to get a loan.

A waste of time

Had me waste an hour of my day getting all of my information and e signing the loan agreement in which I was told that I was approved waited two days and funds was never deposited then when I asked why they tell me I wasn't approved. What makes me angry about it is the fact that they gather all of my personal info only to tell me I'm not approved... makes me feel like ived been scammed all along.

Disappointed

Yesterday that happened to me, took more than an hour on the phone, verifying bank and employment was told I was approved aND esigned. I was told to wait on an email in about an hour or two. Didn't get the funds or email. Before you go through all of that they need to tell you the truth, very disappointed.

Be informed

I applied for $400.00 through wefixmoney.com and was connected with Inbox loans. Received prompt to sign loan documents; and after all payments, the total cost of loan would be near $4,000. Received call from Ray at Inbox loans; and basically was reconfirming everything submitted on application. My bank would not verify my information with Ray. Therefore, he requested me to speak with my bank on 3 way and ask questions will he sat in silence. I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with Inbox loans; therefore, I asked Ray to rescind my loan request/application. Ray advised he would do so. I don't like the fact they have my personal information.

Most time you can't get clearly words with theses people when you try too talk it's very hard make contact. When you asked about paying this off always give you very poor excuse about climate you missed a payment. Basically, I think they really don't want you to pay out. Every time I call the financial departments they always closed. Or holding let me check see if still in the office. Wendy Greenville NC

Do your research on Inbox Loan.

This is an illegal form of borrowing money in some states. You have consumer protection rights. Their fees are astronomical and this is totally against the law. Call your Attorney General and see what can be done. Good Luck

RIDICULOUS

I applied online. They advised me to contact the number. The Indian man answered very quickly. I had to give him everything about my personal life. I thought I was going to have to send him a blood sample or take a DNA test. They called my bank and I was put on a three way call. He stated that he would need three previous direct deposits but he only asked for two. I asked him after my bank hung up the telephone why he had only asked for two previous deposits and not three. His response was I know its frustrating isn't it. He then advised me that I was not approved. Yet I had to reveal everything about myself. Kinda frustrating yes.

Stay away.

Same as the other reviews, they ask you for all this information. They asked to verify your income, your direct deposit‘s then say they have to submit it to their underwriting department, then come back to say it’s been declined I asked for more information and she really did not know what to say. I then say now that you have all my information what are you gonna do with it? She says it gets deleted I told her I was notifying my bank the Better Business Bureau as well as putting an alert on my ssn#, she got all defensive then hung up on me. Then I got a phone call from another place come to find out it was the same lady I talked to weird right Lol

Terrible

I applied on line. I received 2 calls at 11 am. Both demanded personal information when I said I did not want the loan. The 3rd call came an hour later from a woman named Janice and I had the same hassle. When I asked for their street address to report fraud the woman gave me a PO Box address. I asked her if she drove to a PO Box address to go to work every morning and she said yes. So they drive to the post office for work every day..... I lost signal and called back and refused to give them anymore information. The man maned Ray said the loan was already deleted....... Ray perhaps you should ask Janice what the hell her problem was. Guess working in a PO Box must suck

Going “OK”

Idk yet so far so good besides the fact that I would’ve paid 2,000 dollars for a loan of 400.

I never go by anyone’s scheduled payments, I always pay more because screw interest rates. I paid 200 dollars this week instead of 68.27 and she informed me that all I had left to pay was 268. So I’m going to drop another 100-150 and get this over with. We will see how it goes. I’m moving into a new house and was pretty desperate for the deposit so I went ahead and went with these guys. As long as I pay more than what they ask for I should be good. First phone call was long and irritating but oh well we will see.

No no no no!!

Don’t do it! I’m so glad I’m a reader of terms before signing on the dotted line. It was pretty easy and fast to apply but once I got my loan documents I couldn’t believe what I was reading. I then went to look at reviews and after reading those I knew I wasn’t crazy. On a 1000.00 loan I’d be paying a 776% interest, that’s almost 7900! This has to be illegal! Do not even waste your time!

You are being charged over 750% interest rate!

This company is owned by Native Americans and they aren't held to federal laws about the interest rates. Please do not get a loan from this company. They will charge you over 750% for interest. No one needs a loan that bad or from this company. They have several names. Check them out on Better Business Bureau and just hang up if they call and never contact them.

Garnishing Wages

There is a way to get them to stop garnishing my wages but I can't find my loan agreement! Can anyone get me a copy of it? They of course don't want to send it.

If you email them and demand they stop pulling from your bank account, they legally have to. They also have a way (written in the agreement) to keep them from garnishing wages. Help!!

  • Dec 11, 2018

Predatory but NOT illegal

The really bad part of all this is, yes, the rates are predatory, but because they are a part of an Indian Tribe they are NOT subject to predatory lending regulations or rulings!!!

  • Sep 24, 2018

Thanks

I went thru the process with them calling my bank. The paperwork is in with the underwriter now. After reading all the reviews now I will not e-sign anything and will threaten them when they call me back. One thing I didn't do on the 3 way call was repeat my password for the bank so she can hear it. I gave the teller 1 letter. If they attempt to put that money in my account without me signing I will close my account and sue the dog stuff out of them.

Thanks for the info.

Shady!

I applied for a small loan and was told I'd get $325. I was asked a bunch of questions and put on 3 way with my bank. They had me e-sign because I was approved. After hanging up, I felt like something wasn't right. After a few hours I decided to back out and not take the loan. The reviews from other customers gave me the impression that InboxLoan is shady asf, so when I called I made sure to record the call and ask for a confirmation email that said I no longer wanted the loan. (I imagined they would try to process and deposit the loan, and have me trapped paying or something) When I called the 1st time, that weird water drop sound let me know that I had been connected but then I was hung up on. The 2nd time, it went through and I let the repersentive know that I wanted to cancel. I applied today, so I didn't think it would be a problem to just throw my application and info away. Nope. I was put on hold 3 times and never sent a confirmation email. The repersentive kept trying to swear me down that they sent one but I was refreshing my inbox and checking my spam/junk inbox, while on the phone with this mf. He just kept saying they aren't it. Nah, I got every single e-sign email seconds after but for some odd reason I can't get a cancelation confirmation email? That's funny. He told me to call back in an hour if I still don't get an email. I sent an email that said I also don't want to do business with them. I feel bothered and unsafe because of all the shadiness from InboxLoan and all the bad reviews that others have left and the fact that they have all my info.

Whatever you do, no matter how desperate you might be for money, never use this company. They offer such high interest rate loans and there are plenty of companies that offer loans like that. This one will run you through the ringer with approval. Then if you need to move payments or need assistance, they make it impossible. They won’t let you talk to finanacal department. They are horrible to deal with.

Desparation

I am sick to my stomach over this. I knew better but thought I could pay it off on my next payday. I'm ashamed to say how much I've paid for a 700 loan. I plan to file bankruptcy. I know a payday loan is covered but they claim this is not a payday loan. I will consult an attorney.
