I ordered my first order from Imani on October 15th 2018. I had to constantly contact her because she never sent my order out. The first order was for $8.00. When I got the order finally it wasn’t what I ordered and I told her that. She informed me to keep what I got and she would send my correct order.
I made a second order (the first one she blamed USPS for shipping issues and assured me she had it corrected). I placed another order on November 23rd with a deal she was promoting on Instagram and Facebook called Lash and Guess. I paid the $5.00 for it and never got my merchandise.
I contacted her several times one being December 19th about needing a refund since her husband made a public post that they weren’t sending out merchandise only refunds I asked about my refund and they ignored me then I messaged again January 7th only to be laughed at and told she sent it and I never received a refund.

he’s scammed several people not just me and uses her social media and website to do it. We have asked social media sites to shut this down and we don’t know how to do this. It’s been nothing but a hassle and makes it hard for me to want to support a small business again! Her new Facebook is:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100032085020020 She deleted her old Facebook and she deleted her business page once all of the people scammed came together.
