Software worked for about a week (but only sms, calls and gps) and then nothing. Customer help was not so much help, they didnt even try to fix problem. And for the refund their response was
“Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a reimbursement at this time due to the following: the software has been used and there is information uploaded to your dashboard.”
So if you use software and it stop working after couple of days no refund.
SO if not happy or product don't work, return you money is the standard in USA. Not this company!! Here is standard statement they point too - Activation of license key or data uploaded to your account. No refund will be due if the license key is activated or if any data from a device is uploaded to online account.
So if you try and it doin't work - NO REFUND
I contact 2-3x a week for a month, got reply pointing to same directions I tried earlier. Got [rogram to work 1 minute, then crash - After 20_ hours trying to make it work, get the above stament when asking for refund.
DO NOT utilize this company - I believe all the hype is self-driven and product does not work as advertised.
Highster Mobile make s a lot of promises and online it looks real good but once they get your credit card they have control and some of their features stop working and you are left with only three or four things you can use.
Tha big problem is they change their billing plans on you when ever they want. You may pay for a year or a month and they will lock you out of your account and you can't gain access unless you give them a another credit card number.
Buyer beware their call center is India and they are paid not to help you but refer you to a dept that only answers you by email.
You will lose your money with this company.
I have not found a different cell phone app to use that you can trust but I will update here when I do.
They said no jail breaking was needed I called within 1 hour after purchasing their crappie software and was told I could not receive a refund. A TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BE WARE! ILF Mobile app is a scam
