March i book ticket for 5 person myself ,my husband my son,my mother and infant to flight on dec 15 2018 i paid 7,600 US Dollar. Booking no# SCK365 then i find out that i am pregnant due to complication i cannot travel ,So i call TeamiGOAir to cancel myself and my husband and the infant to let them know the situation clearly i tell each person name who will not travel and who will remain to the flight and i e-mail also them but they exchange the person instead they cancel my mother and my son flight on other day they said the whole flight has been cancel and there is no refund!
Keep calling them but they block my number so i cannot call them. Is not easy money they collect in my credit card that until now i can pay because i can't work due that iam pregnant can somebody help me .atleast i can get my money back .. it was a worse nightmare thingking to much .. giving away the money for nothing ..
i have 1 million follower in fb including twitter i will not hesitate to share this online cheap ticket is scam!!cannot blame me im frustrate.. to the mannagement of TeamiGOAir please action my situation .. im to stress i worry losing my baby for to stress i cannot sleep thingking!
I called thinking I was calling EVA airlines to change a name on a ticket. They charged me and the charge did not happen. They have been unreachable since.
This is a scam company. They fraudulently introduce themselves as "american airlines reservation desk" and once you pay for your tickets they block your number and vanish. Of course you never receive a ticket or a confirmation number. They simply disappear. Do your homework and check their reviews on the better business bureau's and yscam wedside before trying to do business with these scammers. You have been warned.
I googled search United Airline resevations and founf this number 888 441.3605. I spoke to an airlines reservation clerck or so I thought, and told them about the travel warning for elderly people tha was in effect for my area. My 90 yer old mother was to travel and we weren't even suppose to leave the house so the agent told me he was the United Airline reservationist and took 219.98 from me to change the ticket tellimg me that my mother would be able to use that same amount for travel credit in the future. He said it would be under the same booking number. I paid online and signed with docusign for my credit card purchase and now I find out that thereis not credit and he wasn't an employee of United Airlines. Do not let yourself deal with igoair!
I purchased tickets with a ticket agent. I called the company to see if I could reserve seating and they told me the reservation was cancelled for my flight arrangement. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me that the price of the tickets went up?? Hmmm, suspicious and very unprofessional. I am still not sure why they didn't call me.
I was having problems completing my reservations on Spirit Airlines website and was looking for a way to complete the reservations.
Somehow I got to igoair thinking I am talking to a SPIRIT representative.
He told me that there were technical problems at SPIRIT, and he could do the reservation for me. I gave him the information and he gave me a price that I had seen on SPIRIT website. Knowing that SPIRIT charges separately to reserve seats and for baggage, I asked about those charges. He said that would be around $180 more (for 2 people).
He told me he's sending an email which I must confirm by saying "I agree," and I have to send him a copy of my driver's license. I told him I could confirm the email but not send a copy of the driver's license. He told me he can't hold the reservation if I don't. We went back and forth about the license, and he agreed to wait until the next day. At this point, I asked if they are an agency and if there is a fee. He said they do reservations for several airlines and that there was no extra fee.
I did confirm the email which included the cost of the flight including the bags and seats. It did not mention a fee.
Next day I get a call from another person at aigoair telling me the flight is confirmed and I should confirm another email from them regarding the reservation. He said he didn't need a copy of my driver's license after all. I did not confirm that particular email.
To make a long story short. I got suspicious, contacted SPIRIT. It took a while to find the reservation. The total price was $118 less than what I was quoted (including seats and baggage). The next day I was notified by the bank that there was a pending charge for $118 for ARC.
I have filed a dispute for this charge and now have an email from Legal & Fraud Prevention ([email protected]) which apparently is run by USA Travel Services LLC. Web - TheFlyTeam.com
