Seen an ad for freee Ibex Cup on Facebook just pay shipping and handling $6.95. Said they were overstocked on Sept 29,2017 they took $6.95 out of checking for cup On Oct.10,2017 they took another $39.95 from my checking account. Called them 886-504-9083 .the phone number on their website. They said 7 days after recieving cup they take the additional money from your account for the cup. Refuse to give my money back
I seen an add for a free tumbler from IBEX Company just had to pay shipping. And now they have charged my bank account $39.95 for the tumbler. I called the company and they said it was a trial and no where in the add did it state that. Why would I pay shipping to try a tumbler when it stated FREE. They even asked if I wanted to purchase additional tumblers and lids and I said no, even then they never stated that it was a seven day trial. Please help me on this matter
Rip off- they do not mention that you will be charged 39.95 after 7 days and after you paid the shipping of 6.95. they then make you pay to ship back and teh refund takes 6-8 weeks if you get it at all
I was gulable and ordered this tumbler shipping only,payment, but as i proceeded to order which you were charged for lid, and handle,thinking it would be a great deal, but i read some scam reports and decided the very day i ordered it, to cancel. I was told i would recieve a refund in my account with in two to five days i did not get it yet. I called today and she said you ordered on the 18th which is true ,and said if i do not get it by Monday the 24th to call back. We shall see, it,s a case of myself and every consumer too read the fine lines. Thank You JACKIE.
Company calls claiming to want to buy your timeshare in Mexico. Offers you twice what it is worth then tells you that you need to apply for an RLC number from the Mexican government which they will assist you with. Cost is $4,700 which they want you to wire to a bank in Mexico. They use their "Title" company called Cross Border Investments, www.crossborderinvestmentsinc.com, 1801 Century Park East, Suite 2500, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Did not send money but did file a complaint with the FTC.

Found an ad on internet for an ibex drinking cup for only a shipping charge
I received this cup but when my bank statement camd they had not only removed the shipping charge
of$6.95 on Mar 23 buton Apr10 removed another $39.95 I did not authorize this charge and can find no way of reaching the company.
