Hydro-gen25 is using a California Air Resources Board Executive Order # D-753 claiming it belongs to them when it was initially issued to Ultracarz International a subsidiary of FuelfromH2o in September of 2015. They are claiming they paid $250,000 for the testing and the EO was issued to Hydro-gen25.
Their representatives are telling the public that they build a CARB Certified system, when in actual truth its a knock off copy of the system that was designed by Fuelfromh2o and submitted in collaboration with Ultracarz International to the California Air Resources Board after the testing had been completed in Fullerton, Ca. at the Olson-Ecologic Engine Testing Lab
The actual system retail price for the class 8 trucking industry system was and still is $2995.00. But the Hydro-gen25 people are using a knock off that looks the same but is not, for a retail price of $7000.00 - $9000.00 plus installation of $500.00. Hydro-gen25 has not sold 10 systems since their inception in December 2015. As a matter of fact, every system they manufactured and installed has been returned and the unsuspecting customers have had to fight for their refund.
Hydro-gen25 has not been in business 14 years and has not sold thousands of systems as advertized on their websites. As a matter of fact they have copied the information from the FuelfromH2o primary website including the tech data, emissions, testimonials and more. These people are in a get rich scheme thinking they can hustle the public using property and documentation from another company some 800 miles away and get away with it.
They have attempted to sell to several large trucking companies with NO sucess on closing a deal. They install the system and it goes down within 2 weeks and the clients have it removed. As mentioned, their system is a knock off from the original and thats why it doesnot operate but for a week maybe 2. They have been instructed to cease and with draw from their illiicit practices and to date they have not complied.
California Air resources Board [CARB}, The BBB and local authorities have been notified of these practices and yet hydro-gen25 continues after being notified, they continue with their illicit practices. The process is now moving into a criminal and civil proceeding.
