HydraSkin Reviews

Sadly, I am another victim to this deceptive sham. I saw the product on a facebook link regarding Macy's closing their stores. You clicked on a few options to narrow down your skin isssues and a product was suggested. You are to receive a sample product and pay the S&H costs only.

There was no other mention of any products, trial periods or costs associated. I got my sample of Allegro which was mediocre at best, but hey-$5 what's the big deal, right??!! If only I knew then what I know now.

Another product arrived "Brio". I did not order it or even a sample. After another 0.03, 0.12, 3.96, 0.99 and 103.00 deducted from my checking account I called to see why. It is only then that the company reveals I signed up (the time I placed order/not received product) for the 14 day trial of the Allegro and if I did not send product back and cancel by day 15 I would be charged the full amount. There was no "small print" that disclosed this. Although, there is on their official website there is.

I informed them I did not agree to this, I do not want any part of a subscription and to cancel everything associated with my name. I would pay the 0.99 and 3.96 and that was all. I had sent the Brio back unopened. They said if I sent the Allegro back they would reimburse me 40%!!! So I send your products back and I am left with cost + the cost of sending them back- I have spent 79.77 on nothing!

Only after experiencing this infuriating process, I have seen the multiple complaints from others. This company is rolling in the $$, at the consumers expense. I am currently trying to work with my bank on recovering these fraudulent withdrawals. I have learned my lesson!

HydsSkin misrepresented thier Brio - day and night serum lotions as reducing or eliminating wrinkles and bags under the eyes. Not only is this not true, the products end up flaking off and making the affected area look worse. And to be auto-cha$100/month is outrageous.
