We have the "No Ads" plan and we almost always get ads, they randomly store shows we never requested so are constantly needing to free up those shows so there is room for shows we want, and all apps are glitchy, constantly.

I called customer service to complain about this and they apologized, said they were aware of the situation, would be resolved soon (as of today still not resolved) and offered me a $25 inconvenience credit. I never received the credit and instead was double billed immediately following my contact and subsequent bills were increased by an additional $5 per month.

This is definitely the worst streaming service I have experienced and their support is absolutely awful, especially for the amount of money we are paying per month.

Hulu.com offers a Black Friday Deal every year during Thanksgiving weekend. The offer is available to anyone who has not had an active subscription for the past 3 months. The payment went through at the regular charge. After chatting with Hulu chat support for over an hour, they have refunded the charge and closed my account. Since the account was reactivated, I am no longer eligible for the Black Friday Offer. There are other customers who have had inactive accounts who are also being charged at the regular rate and are being denied the Hulu 2020 Black Friday Deal.

5. HULU deliberately has NO SMART TV ABILITY TO CANCEL; i.e., they tell you to "Go online to: hulu.com/account to cancel and when I did that, they acted like I have no account at all!!! There has been over $500.00 surreptitiously charges to my credit card by them, yet,

"I dont exsistg"!!!!! Please help! Thanks.

My credit card shows four purchases for January 2020 and two purchases in February 2020 on my credit card for Hulu. I do have an account with them, but I only should be charged once a month for one certain amount, but these amounts are of different amounts, the most being $73.36, all being a total of $134.43. I tried going on Hulu with my logon info which I have never changed, it has always been the same, but I could not logon.

The message says that the username or password is not correct. I know that the info I type is correct. I click on the link to have them send me, through my email, a way for me to get a password reset link. I never get that link. So, I cannot get into Hulu to cancel my account with them, and on their website, there is no phone number to call them. I will be calling my credit card company to tell them about this fraud.

Signed up well before the end of said black friday promotion but because of an issue with HULU computers being down and they didnt charge my card till AFTER the promotion ended (but account was created BEFORE it ended) they screwed up out of promotion.

We have even spoke to live chat agent that said they would HONOR the signup and not they wont.

They charged me $22.28 for an account I never signed up for and won't refund it. I never signed up for a free trial or any other service from them.

Discovered multiple charges from Hulu on my credit card. This is not the first time it has happened. I had another charge from Hulu on my amazon credit card before for over $50. Had to dispute and replace cards. Really annoying!

I got a free trial in January 2018 spoke to someone over chat to cancel my account after free trial, I got a email 2-3 weeks later with a offer saying if I came back I will get another free trial so I did and It is not March 2018 after my 2nd free trial I was going to cancel once again but before I confirmed the cancellation Hulu offered me another 2 weeks free, Nothing beats free so I took it. I checked my bank account yesterday and seen that they charged me for February and March of 2018. They refuse to admit that they have flaws in the program that they use. So I didnt get my refund or 2 weeks free but a very long aggravated conversation with hulu and decided to cancel and never go back, I highly recommend Netflix or Amazon Prime.

I canceled my account July of 2017. I just got billed and found out they have been billing me all this time. I tried to login to my account but the password I had set was invalid. I tried to reset the password and never got the email to reset it. THey canceled my account but continued to bill be. It was terrible service and poor streeaming. No other vendor had the same issue. TOTAL RIP OFFS. YOu cant even send them an email without a login. Run dont walk away from this ripoff.

After 2 weeks of a month long "trial", I cancelled my hulu connection.

Why? It was frustratingly slow and spiked with commercials that DID run well. I was not interested in their content and already have Netflix. Youtube being a much better value.

After jumping through all of the hoops, I was sure I had performed my obligation and yet....

THERE'S THE CHARGE ON MY CARD!!

And no way to contact these hosers.....not an accident omission but a corporate model on how to fleece the unsuspecting.

Class action anyone?

I'm notifying my bank of this fraud.... because that is certainly what this is!!

I tried to cancel my hulu subscription in May. There was nowhere on the site to do so, so I froze it for 3 months. It was supposed to suspend my payment. They charged me for those three months. Plus, I went back and DID find a way to cancel it and they CONTINUED to charge me for three more months before I realized it (I was in a car accident with an uninsured motorist and had a concussion and was barely able to pay my bills, much less review them).

Tonight I am calling them again. I waited 30 minutes for a person who said he could probably refund 6 months of my bill and then the line went DEAD. He had my phone number, but he didn't call me back, so now I am waiting an estimated 45 minutes just to get back on with the guy that disconnected me.

I was searching for a streaming service to watch a specific Taiwanese television program. My search led to Hulu, which purportedly had the title available currently where its competitors did not. I signed up for Hulu for this one program alone. The moment my account was activated I searched for the title and found NOTHING. The title was NOT available. It was false advertising. I immediately tried to contact Customer Support through my account page and was linked to a a blank page. I tried again, same result. I tried a few more times and was logged out. I re-logged in, but the link for Customer Support was still a dummy link. I tried to find a Contact Us and was automatically logged off again. I discovered that whille logged on the Contact Us link was inactive. Once the customer logs off an "active" link appears, but it is locked. Clicking the link will prompt you to login in in order to access the Contact Us link. Once logged in the link is unclickable. Thus there is no ACTUAL way to reach any sort of customer support.

My name is Jamie, I live in Fresno, CA. About 4 months ago I noticed a charge to my Visa in the amount of $7.99 from Hula.com. At. first I though it was just a random mistake so I just wrote it off as one. Then it happened again the following month around the beginning of the month like the first time was towards the beginning of the month. It's now continuous towards beginning of the month. It's been charged 4 months in a row. I don't even know what hulu is. I don't know how to cancel something I've never signed up for. HELP PLEASE

Peoria Arizona I had service with hullu and had a issue were I was logged out of my account after not being able to figure out my password and the email they had on file no longer being active I called into customer support and after asking if there was any way they could reset its give a temporary one anything I was told I was basically out of luck I still had 3 days worth of service and was told I was going to have to just start a new account so I said forget it I will never do business with this company again they are literally stealing something that I've paid for and then I started getting harassing emails to rejoin I selected to unsubscribe from those multiple times and yet I still receive them and I call to get them stopped and nothing ever happens hullu is by far the worst company ever, please save yourself the headache and never work with them
