After talking a few friends, I realized that it should be cancellable, and I went there again asked for cancellation and refund. The same person was there and he was absolutely very rude. Arguing with me ten minutes, he told me that it will be cancelled and the refund will be sent to the bank. Although I was told that it takes 4-6 weeks, after three months now, there is still no refund. I went there and asked him again, and he told me that there are many cases like mine and it may take time to refund.
