Ordered a sample of this cream and was never told that I was signed up for a continuing shipment of this item. I was told it was a one time purchase and only shipping was to be charged. I was charged 89.00 and 94.00 for recurring orders. Tried to cancel immediately and could not. Customer service insisted I knew the terms. I was not aware of this. I feel very violated and horrified this could happen. Refuse to refund charges.
This company charges 89 dollars for their cream. When i called to cancel my trial, they were rude and told me i would have to call vack before nov. 12. So i immediately called back, got the same guy. He was even more rude, but i insisted i wanted to be cancelled. He fibally said he would cancel me and i didn't have to return the container He had previously said i had to return the container) what a nightmare! don't buy stuff from the internet.
