I ordered a hoverflex for my daughter. I never received a shipping notice. I emailed twice and got no response. I also tried to call, come to find out their phone number is disconnected. I paid online and now have no hoverboard and am out over $300

On 12/21/16, I ordered a Hoverboard from Hoverflex.com as my daughter's "Santa" gift for Christmas. I was given an order number, advised I would receive an e-mail with a FedEx tracking number and that I would receive the product in approximately 4 days. My credit card was charged on 12/22/16. As of today's date, I have received nothing. When I didn't receive an email with a FedEx tracking number, I emailed the address given for customer service: "[email protected]" asking when I would receive the Hoverboard. I never received a reply. On 12/27/16, I called the telephone number listed on the website: (855) 444-4585. I received a recording stating this is a "non-working" number. Next, I called directory assistance for Santa Barbara where the website says they are located and was advised there is no listing for Hoverflex in Santa Barbara. The website says they are located in Paseo Nuevo Mall in Santa Barbara, so I got the number for Guest Services in the mall: (805)963-7147 and called them, I was advised that Hoverflex had abruptly moved out of the mall approximately 2 years ago!! I was further informed they receive calls such as mine trying to locate Hoverflex regularly. They had no forwarding address and no contact phone number for them. I filed a Transaction Dispute Form with my credit card company, but have been advised that because I authorized the charge, even though I never received what I ordered, they will not refund my money. They told me to file a police report. I called Santa Barbara Police Department who advised me to file a report online because I'm from out-of-state. I filed this report on 1/11/17 and am waiting to hear something now. I struggled to come up with the money to pay for this Hoverboard. I didn't, and don't, have another $329.99 with which to purchase another Hoverboard or anything else. My daughter had no "Santa" gift on Christmas morning. Imagine how she felt and how I, as her mother, felt Christmas morning. I placed my order in good faith with hard earned money and got scammed and ripped off by this company. I am so frustrated, angry and upset and, at this point, it appears there is no way for me to get my money back. If there is anyone out there who can help me, please, please let me know. Thank you
