We've been with hostens.com for almost a year, begging them from month to month to fix the error 'your server timeout' it wasn't that way for the first almost month, however, again, and again, they just keep playing they will have a tech person take a look at it, here we are almost a year later, begging the whole time with hostens.com saying they would refer this error as it didn't exist at first, their gig is, to promise you to fix it, and while you wait for nothing to get fixed, you report it again, and then they ask you to explain again, type out what's the problem again3
once stated I needed to upgrade, I should have been thinking as, like I said, it wasn't a problem for the first thirty days, nonetheless, we upgraded, and here we are 8/9 months later, and still ask what's the problem? then you type it out again, then they say, will have tech take a look, then you wait, then your asked to explain it again, so you type it out again, then they tell you again, they will have tech look at it, what a game! don't spend to much money there, they will eventually stick it to you, after their guarantee expires. Remember, this is after they get you to leave a trustpilot.com review, go figure.
