As home pro complete services has found out that ray and jill carr with intent to defraud has done defective and damaging work to customers homes intentionally to cause home owners to attack home pro complete services. home pro complete services is completely inocent from any and all allegations. Ray and Jill Carr with intent and intentially did damaging work to home owners homes with the intent of defrauding home pro complete services and taking home owners money to correct the problems they created. Ray and Jill Carr have been terminated warn the public and the companies of their scheme. Their scheme to defraud home owners while using a legitamate company as its target.
I located this business via Home Advisor. I assumed this would be a reputable company with verified owners/employees.
This experience has been a complete nightmare! The nightmare started with the estimate. The "owner" Josh Lynch, came to give me an estimate to pressure wash/paint the exterior of my home. He provided incorrect amounts of materials that I would need to purchase and we discussed specific things I wanted (sanding, prep work, etc) He assured me that the job would be done to my specifications. (Although the "contract" I was provided (unsigned) just stated paint exterior and the dollar amount).
They were to start the job first thing 3/6. They were to pressure wash first, then paint. The house was partly pressure washed before the machine broke. That was another red flag: what established company has to go out and buy a pressure washer? (they did not have one). They also damaged 4 of my screens. When Josh arrived I explained this and he said that it would be my responsibility to replace the screens. WHAT? They were on the FRONT of the house.
They had no scaffolding, sanders, no basic tools to provide their employees.
They were to resume pressure washing 3/7. They never resumed, but, Josh did drop off a new cord so that the machine would be functional. He has no knowledge of how to pressure wash, so, in desperation I picked up the hose and started doing it myself so that the painters could continue doing their job. There is a complete lack of communication with Josh and his employees. The painters were professional and I just wish I had been able to hire them out right.
Each time I voiced my concerns Josh blew me off. After he charged my credit card he cared less about anything else. I hired via Home Advisor thinking I would be safe and have professional, law abiding people I was working with.
That brings me to this: The "owner" is a front for the real owners. The real owners are convicted felons. They use aliases and are crooks! google charles R lance aka chad lance
I finally fired them when I could see I was about to get scammed for another $1200.00. I had to cancel my credit card as well. After all of this they put me through, the final insult was when Josh returned to get his scaffolding and pressure washer.
He did not call me to tell me he was coming. He shows up, blocks my driveway and started ringing my bell. I did not answer so he called the POLICE on ME. The police advised me that he was there to collect his pressure washer. UM....he could have called me, since he CLAIMS to be the owner and we could have arranged for him to get his pressure washer.
