I was contacted by holsted jewlers via mail. I ordered the rings via telephone and at that time stated clearly that I was only interested in the ring offer, and that I did not want to preview other jewelry. within 2 weeks of getting my rings, they proceeded to charge my credit card for $60.00, the payment did not go through because it is a debit card, and the money was not on my card. I was also promised a $25 walmart gift card which never came. I was sent a form to sign and fill out with my information 2 times, and still nothing. I attempted several times to contact them via email and telephone. No information recieved back. On the phone they stated that they were not the ones responsible to give out the card and gave me instructions to contact the company myself. I did so but it has been 6 months and still no gift card. what a rip off don't trust them.

I accepted an opportunity to receive three rings for free if I paid the shipping &handling and I would become a valued customer at Holsted Jewelers. I could sign up to receive a new piece of jewelry each month and if I liked it, I could keep it, if not , I could send it back for a full refund. I chose not to participate in the offer of a continuous monthly shipment. I just wanted the free rings. I forgot all about the offer, and several weeks later, I noticed a charge on my account and called to see what it was for. I was reminded of the order for the 3 rings and future deliveries. I stated on Dec 1 2015 that I only wanted to get the rings but nothing else. The representative assured me that I would not be charged for or receive anymore orders. Jan 1 2016, I was charged $66.98. I immediately called Holsted Jewelers and asked what was I being charged for and the representative told me that they had sent me another piece of jewelry for me to keep or send back for a refund. I informed her that I had already cancelled my account back in December. She processed to inform me that she could see where I had called in December but that it didn't show that I had canceled my account. They then said they would not cancel my account until I returned the jewelry when it arrives. It should be at my house in a few days and once I return it, then I would be entitled to a full refund including s&h. I asked her to cancel my account immediately and after three separate calls, they finally cancelled my account but refused to give me a refund. I then checked online and saw where there have been millions of people who have been complaining about Holsted Jewelers and their habit of not canceling accounts when first asked and then charging for unknown orders and refusing refunds until the people return the unknown order.

I was watching Price is Right on day and played the play at home game ,not knowing when I won this ring by getting the answer right I was going to be opted into buying a piece of jewelry every month. When I found I was charged for this 60.00 I contacted company to be told they have senrt the refund back to my card,which is a lie because they refunded me back the 3.00 shipping for the prize I never got in first place. They are now saying it takes 5 days to get refund my problem is that was my 10 yr old xmas present money as I am disabled adn cant afford much but all he wanted was a titanic lego set thing on Amazon and now because of this company I can not get it fo rhim because the money wont be back on my Direct express card for more than 5 days or so. He is only 10 how do you explain to a 10 yr old that is a really good kid and makes good grades at school that santa didnt come on Christmas Day? I am so heart broken right now that I can not even get him the one lil thing he asked for because of this company . I could order item once money comes back on card but it just wont be same as it will not be here in time for Christmas so it really does not matter. I ma very upset you ask to speak with a supervisor and for sum reason there isnt one how nice. I spoke with one supervisor but all he wanted to do was argue with me and say there was not any other supervisors to speak with. I strongly suggest that NOONE buys anything from this comapny, my mom purchased a ring it was pretty really pretty a topaz ring well she didnt even have it a week and one of the diamonds fell out are you serious? What a RIPOFF for real . All I wanted was my money back so I could get my 10 year old one gift now I CANT EVEN DO THAT BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. FEELING VERY ANGRY SAD AND UPSET

I responded to an email for a $100 gift card to Outback. I needed to make a purchase from a company of my choice from a list. I chose Hosted Jewelers to get two rings for $6.95. I recevied the rings and thought that was the end of my business with Holsted Jewelers. Well, I receiived another package from Holsted Jewelers in the mail so I thought something was not right and checked my credit card account to find TWO charges for $68.25 posted to my account on December 1st AND 2nd. I called my credit card compabny immediately and disputed the charges which have been credited and closed my account so Holsted Jewelers cannot charge me anymore and sent the package back. I will never purchase from Holsted Jewelers and reccommend no one else does either.

Received a mailing offering 2 free rings and a $25.00 walmart gift card for trying Holsted jewerly. Made the phone call and was repeatedly told this was No scam just accept the rings for trying the jewerly. After receiving one ring I called on 11/16 and told them to cancel me out of their program.

I wasn't impressed with their made in China jewerly and don't send me no free 2nd ring. The representative said I would be receiving the 2nd free ring because it was already shipped out. This ring was received on 12/3 and I phoned again on 12/9 to tell them to cancel me.

Two charges for $66.98 are pending on my debit account because "Holsted shipped 2 more orders". Holsted jewerly has caused me monetary damage and refuses to compensate. Representative said they would reimburse my account after I send back the 2 orders I would be receiving within 2 weeks that I never ordered.

I did not pursue the "free walmart card." This company can't be trusted so, I sure don't want anything else for "free." If it sounds to good to be true then it's NOT true. Ripped off!

I was mortified when I received an email notification that my PayPal account was being debited by Holsted Jewelers Inc for $66.98. I did not authorize this transaction. I contacted PayPal, who us kindly taking care of the debit issue. However I see that many people have been through the same thing. I just wanted to try a sample, not sign up for repeated debits to my PayPal account. I was not informed that there were any more charges other than paying shipping for rings that I did not receive. Holsted Jewelers is fraudulently signing people up for something that is not stated up front in their "free ring" offer. Something needs to be done. I would be happy to participate in a class action lawsuit against this company. I have all the appropriate emails regarding this matter.

Took $60.00 out of my account without my authorization. Signed me up for other offers when I continually said no to these offers. Phone number I was given for cancelation were (866-933-3143) and (866) 450-7762. When I called these number to see if I Had been scamed, a recording told me the number were no longer in use. The money taken out of my account was for my bills and will becausing me to not be able to pay certain bills.
