Bought 2 tickets to the Splash of Red Gala and was unable to attend so I asked if a refund would be possible. They told me it shouldn't be a problem and then a week after the event told me it would be 'impossible'--only once it was too late to give or exchange the tickets to someone else.
They don't seem to have any integrity to their word and no quandaries about taking money without any accountability.
