On Dec 17, 2017 I got a call from Mr. Hilton. He said their company could
fund my LLC Isabelle emailed me that i needed to sign up in pro credit, that
was the last thing to do before getting corporate funding.
After 30 days I could not get hold of anyone. I realized i had been scammed.
I did not do anything until 2018 when i became member of Legal shield. The Dempsey
,Roberts & Smith LTD. Law firm in Nevada wrote to the company in ,my behalf , their letter
got returned address unknown no forwarding address.
At least I did something, it was worth a try, it just proved I was right , i
had an idea this people are phony. I hope they won't be able to victimize somebody
else. Apparently they moved.
Now I don't answer people on the phone trying to rope me into all kinds
of deals. My advice is don't deal with telemarketers on the phone, you don't
know who you're dealing with, there are so many scammers out and there.

Hilton Tax Consultants Jeff Avery and Kelvin Jacobs scammed me out of $18,500.00 dollars. Kelvin told me They would File a form with the IRS to recover 90% of my startup fees and expenses. I was to receive this refund. He said it would be over $15,000. All of a sudden these people can't be contacted. I am now going to file bankruptcy because I didn't get the promised funding and all the charges are on personal credit cards. I was also promised bookkeeping for as long as I wanted it. I haven't received any of these things. Beware, these people are good talkers but very very very dishonest! I hope someone would look into a Class Action Suit against this company. I also was scamed out of $18,500 by Jeff Avery & Keven Jacobs, Services not received as promised. Specific Corp. Funding.
Following my purchase in Oct. 2017 of a Business in U.S.A. I was approached in Nov.by Kelvin Jacobs - salesman for Hilton Tax Consulting. Inc. - with the information that I would need their (his) services to obtain LLC designation as well as an EIN and I would qualify for Corporate Funding.
His services cost $6,000.00 but I would receive this back as well as all the money invested in U.S. programs.
ince then Kelvin Jacobs encouraged me to purchase more programs with the cost being refunded through Corporate Funding. Initially I was promised receipt of this in Feb. 2018, then April 2018. As I am still waiting and can no longer get any response from Kelvin Jacobs, I am convinced he scammed me out of a lot of money.
