I ordered 2 dog banks from these people and the order never came. There is no contact info on their website which at all. No phone no or mailing add. I was charged for them but never received them. I am concerned now about my credit card info falling into the wrong hands. They ripped me off one time don't want there to be a second!! I'm pretty sure it's all a big scam!!
On November 13,2016 I ordered two of "the worlds cutest dog coin bank," for a total of 43.98. both were to be used as a Christmas gift. The company emailed me to say that "my order was received and was number #2030"..They also stated that my "order was getting ready to be shipped,and they would notify me when it was sent."
I never heard from them again and have emailed them 3 times and havent had a responce...I then searched online and saw all this horrible reports about this company! I usually always look up a compays reputation before I order anything,but failed to do so this time..Well,I sure learned my lesson..
I ordered a doggy bank for my granddaughter for Christmas. They took my money but I still haven't received the bank. I have sent multiple emails to them asking about my order. They have not responded! I want my money back! Beware of this company!!

You want to help these small companies but when most of them send you a piece of junk that doesn't look anything like the photo, it's a waste of my time and lost of money.

Called the # that showed up on my bank statement only to learn that # is not in service. The money taken from my account was not even High Clas Universe, it showed up as Unstoppable Visi Internet

It states that they will return your email on time, and that shipment of items occur 24-72 hours after order is placed. I either want my product or my money back. Thank you.

Face Book needs to block this Internet store from listing items for sale. I ordered a Kid's 'On the Go" Portable Snack & Play Tray on Nov.25, 2016. I put the order on my credit card, received email confirmation thanking me for my order and that they would email me when my order shipped. To date Dec.9, 2016 I have not received any communications.

With Christmas coming I thought of my grandchildren and purchased three banks. I was immediately charged and sent an email from High Class Universe verifying my purchase. That was on 11-17-16. I have since sent five emails to them but they have not responded. There is no phone number on their website or anywhere on the internet that I can find. I am hoping at this point for the items but starting to lose faith.
On November 28, I purchased 2 items from the online seller after an exhaustive search revealed no reported scams associated with the company. I never received a shipment notification email. I have contacted the company twice with no response. I'm very disappointed in this situation. Please do not buy anything from this company!

They had already charged my credit card. I am seeing others online who are complaining of the same issue. The company that is charged to my CC is Unstoppable Vision, LLC, 2904 Louis St, Alexandria, LA 71301 Phone number 318-321-8499 on the CC is not a working number. I am seeing that this company is operating several businesses under several names on bogus websites.

This company sells the popular, the world's cutest dog coin box money bank. Purchased 4, credit card was charged but no items were ever sent. Phone number has been disconnected and no answer to multiple emails and facebook messages. This company has scammed many people and needs to be investigated. They also have a 30 day no refund policy and since they don't ever ship items, by the time you realize that it's a scam, you know you won't get a refund. Sad, as I am a senior with limited income and purchased these for my grandsons for Christmas.
