This site is a big scam! They are banning people without any good explanation, and once you response to their email, they will just ignored it. They are actually waiting for the experts to earned a lot of money first, before they banned our accounts. And there is no way to get our money back! I lost over a thousand dollars from that site. I did a lot of effort, stayed up all night. electricity, just to earned money.
Good day! I came across this website, heysphere.com, when I was searching for an online job. I tried it and became an expert February this year. Yes, i got my pay-out for the month of February and March but I wasn't earning that much for those times. When April came I made more and I am expecting my pay-out soon.
When I woke up this morning (May 05, 2018 Philippines) I was excited to open my computer and start working. Suddenly I was not able to sign in, it says "wrong credentials" every time I try. So, I opened my email address and searched for an email from them, yes I did found an email.
This is what it says:
"Hi Gonzalo, This is an email to confirm that we are suspending your account, as we believe it is associated with a banned expert. You are now prohibited from using Sphere as either a client or an expert going forward. If we notice any further activity that suggests you are continuing to use Sphere, our system will prevent you from receiving your earnings and we reserve the right to take legal action.
You will not be paid for any earnings accrued since April."
It is clear that I will no longer receive my hard earned money for the month of April. From the first sentence alone, it is very unclear, no detailed information was given for the reason for my account to be suspended/banned. I am seeking help from anyone out there regarding this issue. How can they do this to me? I worked hard for that money, it may not be that much but I worked hard for it. Is this how a company for tutors take care of their experts? Please help!
Hello Gonzalo, I think i heard your name in Zwerl. Did they bring your account back or permanently banned? I was experiencing the same scenario. I cannot log in it says wrong credentials but I did not receive any email.

The pay is 8 dollars per hr while in a chat and it's true except once you get near the 20 dollar payout the chats are non-existent. Also, I think I saw the website glitch which is why I decided to check what other people were saying about Zwerl. Basically, when you're on the website you wait for a chat box to appear and you need to accept quickly or you'll be notified that someone else accepted the chat quicker than you.
I had been on the website for an hour and hadn't been able to chat with anyone until I finally got someone to chat with. I was about to type when the screen blanks and I got a message stating someone accepted the chat quicker than me (even though I was in the chat). Also, when you're in a chat suddenly tons of chat request are coming in but once you're not chatting anymore suddenly the request stop. There's something not right with this site.
The platform of sphere sent to me an insulting email accusing me of "fradulent activities" as a reason for suspending my account. I never have been involved in any kind of ilegal activities and they had no reason to accuse me of anything dishonest activiy i could have done in the platform. They have many "rules" that they dont show to the experts befor their registration. This is, at least suspicious. Also it is very suspicious to me, that they suspended my acount when i have earned more than the first goal of usd in fifteen days, and reached usd 24,46, as soon as two days later. This earning is just "peanuts", but apparently it is much more than other "experts" do in the same time. Most of them are struggling every day for one single chat request. I think sphere play games with experts and users and when they have to issue payments they create a fake reason to suspend you. The tone of the email they sent to me was that of threat, even with legal actions. I can take myself legal actions against them for insulting and abuse. Is sphee a legit platform? I really doubt it.

I find it extremely suspicious that we've both found the names of different people who claim to have founded the site. Nick is apparently extremely accredited though and I came across information that said he developed it, there's no way to know if this is true or not, unfortunately.

I've been in zwerl last september 2018, at first it seems that this site is legit based on the chat i had from other experts too, they tell you their testimonials that this is legit blahblahblah. So, I was then feel overwhelmed for having reach so far at early stage of being an expert. I worked so hard to be able to earn more also, i multi task even at work i do zwerl also while travelling back and forth to work zwerlling is my past time that is why i earned so much. Then, come october 2018 i was expecting my pay out for the 1st time but unfortunately i input incorrect account number based on the notification sent to me. So frustrated that time for my "katangahan" but got back from my frustration because they told me i am going to get my pay together with the current month earnings, in short 2 months of my earnings will get paid by november so i was then super excited for i know i will getting double pay out, so much money. Then come one morning i did answer one chat with the topic "zwerl is really a scam they're not going to pay the experts", i became curious that is why i join the chat but i did not say anything against the rule after that chat i've noticed i don't get earning and see that i was put on Queue also, how come?the worst is they will not pay me for they need to review my earnings so i undergo investigation for that and my account will be freeze from then i been dissappointed. I never zwerl from the time being until i get notified that the investigation result is i am cleared from any wrongdoings. They told me that i will get paid by end of January 2019 so i was very much excited that finally i will get may pay out. Transferwise even emailed me that my pay out was already sent to my account last Jan.28,2019. I check my account after the date i received the email but no money been transfer to my account. I know that many people believe that home based job is good,but wait are you waiting for it from zwerl a biggest scam website?. Just believe me they will not face any loss when they ban you only your whole month time is wasted. Believe me when you work hard and be dependent on these money be careful. They pay money but if they find you earning more they will just ban you. And remember there is no support team from head quarters to support you. Even you die depanding on this they have no issue. Same as everyone. I did some marvelous efforts to earn and entaining lot of users to provide there needs. I wasn't able to read the terms and conditions when I started to zwerl. I was upset this morning that i wasn't able to open my account and because of using other language aside from english but once i knew I stopped and also helping others not to do the same. I am sending a lot of emails from them to reconsider my account and to continue but i havent received any replies yet. I invested time and effort just to earn from this site, been oping it everyday.

Zwerl is a scam which pays you only for 2 months and if you start earning high then that's it....blocked for no reason and accused of fraudulent activities. Bruce is the evil one. I would advise anyone to stay away from this scam of a website

I received an email and signed up...well sort of. I refused to provide my personal bank account info to an unknown entity. I signed up as an "Expert" by answering 4 or 5 incredibly easy questions. I see no mechanisms for generating revenue. So, I have to wonder how it is they can afford to pay the bills? Truth be told, $8/hr is great in the 3rd world. But, in the U.S., at a minimum, I need 10 times that amount! Either this platform is legit and "you'll get what you pay for", or it's a complete scam! I think it's a giant waste of my time...I'm out!
The platform in the start ran really well, great and professional people were hired and the pay was great for most of us since we were from developing and 3rd world countries.
At the start of 2018 it became the worst platform to work on, their whole payment system changed and people were forced to fight for chats and talk over one another, or work without being paid and this is still happening. I was banned from the platform after nearly a year of putting up with it as I needed the money, they took my November earnings, and my earnings made so far this December. What I was banned for was for favoriting someone else who had favorited me in the first place, they said I was trying to maximize my earnings which makes absolutely no sense. This also happened months ago and since then they had me placed in customer service. I'm under the impression that they are running out of money to pay people, but need as many workers as possible, so after a period of time they ban a bunch of us and then proceed to bring in new experts, who have to work till a certain level until they can be paid, so they get work for free and only pay a portion of people. They also in the past have aided us to use answers through googling and other sites and have told us not to credit the site, or let them know where it came from. It's become a joke of a site and app and was even taken off the play store.
