BEWARE before using this company.
I have given this company ample time to rectify the following problems before posting this, as they have refused to engage I am forced to warn others not to make the same error we did in using them.
We completed a large order with Soppas paying well above the normal price for the extra assured quality.
Upon delivery, many of the items were intentionally swapped for cheaper inferior models.
Also, none of the items was rated for the Gas type specified for our country (even though it was assured beforehand)
Many customisations and specifications were simply ignored.
Our Agent Johnny Chen refused to acknowledge the issues and rectify any of the problems even at extra expense to ourselves. This has cost us many times the value of the order in lost productivity.
Post sales service is terrible and unethical.
