I ordered a projector from hdprojectorworld via the internet in October. I knew something was wrong when I did not get an email confirmation, I never got an email confirmation but days later money was withdrawn from my account, Then the problem started. I couldn't reach them by phone and was told I had to email my problem. I was told excuse after excuse, it was shiipedd, it will be shipped, something happened to the first projector and another would be shipped, it couldn't be shipped at the time (a month later) because they were out of stock. I had to work through my bank and have them file fraud reports before I finally got a refund, a month later! Donot use this company, they lie and don;t live up tp what they say.
THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. The product I ordered took twice as long to arrive as stated, and took several phone calls and emails just to get it. Upon arrival it did not work well so I tried to return the defective product and requested an RMA. Their email response on 4/5/16 was "unfortunately our business will close our doors within a few weeks." However, their website is still selling and promoting products with no reference to closing. I believe they are just scammers selling inferior products.
I order a project from this site. Which had good reviews but they are false advertising. They say 3 to 5 day delievery and I order it on 02/22/2016 at 12:17PM. They never gave me the ups tracking number. When I call them they give me the run around telling me that i t being investagated and that it will send me my order soon. It is now being over a month no package and no shipping. I be contacting them both emails and phone, no results. I found out that I am not the only one they did this to, when I type their address so many reports that they ripoff people. Please spead the the word about them .
This company is horrible and does nothing but lie once they have your money. 20 something emails in and have not received my order or my refund. This company is nothing but a house of fraud. I don't understand how they can stay in business with as many reports as i am now finding where the exact same lines have been used over and over for hundreds of customers.
I don't understand how this purchase was made because I started out on a Pyle web site and thought I was purchasing a Pyle brand projector. Everything since then has been a nightmare. how do I get my money back? These guys keep saying they have shipped me a projector but they have never provided me witha tracking number.

That's when I did what I should have done earlier--research the company. Boy, do I ever feel stupid. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company, but doubt I will ever see my $329 back for the projector I ordered nearly a month ago.
A church member called in an order to HDProjectorWorld.com. Ordered a Pro Series 11 4600 lumen projector after affirming that the projector would work in the application intended at my church. The advertised price was $899 and included free shipping, a ceiling mount and a carrying case. The salesman (David I think) said that we would get a $30 discount for calling in the order and so the charge was $869. He was asked when we could expect delivery and he stated it would be in about five business days. The church member who called in the order put the purchase on his Master Card. He got a call a few minutes later and was told that the charge would not go through and he needed to call his credit card company. He called Master Card and authorized the charge. Called the salesman back and he said the charge went through. He got a Purchase receipt that same day stating that the projector would be shipped out within 48 hours. The receipt also said that the charge wouId appear on his card as Oxygenergy Electronics, Inc the legal company name. Due to the delivery estimate by the salesman we expected delivery during the week of May 25th. Note that the order receipt is the only correspondence that was received to date from HDProjectorWorld.com. There was never received any notice of shipment, tracking number or any other affirmation of the order of any kind.

i was given an order number and suppose to receive the item after 3 to seven days. after 11 days with no projector yet,i called their customer service and asked about my order.i asked about any tracking number if they sent my order already. i was told that since shipping was free there would be no tracking number.
the guy that i talked to told me that if i did not receive the item yet he will send me another one thru ups air and be here within 3 days. i asked for the tracking number but he assured me that he will send it to my e-mail but no message since.
after 5 days ,i called again and the guy who doesn't want to give his name told me that he will be sending and he will notify me and give the tracking number as soon as he ship the item thru 3 day ups. but nothing arrived yet nor did he gave any tracking number.
i don't want to think that this company is a fraud and a swindler ,but as long as my order is up on the air i tend to believe that they are really a scumbug.

which was 210.00 that i need for a event. Said they would send another priorty
but never got a tracking #.Have no idea where it is or even ever sent.When
you call the # you get a voice mail to leave a message. Have been playing the e mail game and getting no where.

We purchased their ProSeries Model Crius-H-A 4600 Ansi Lumen Projector from them.
it was supposed to ship next day. It took over 3 weeks to arrive after much calling.
They were supposed to include a ceiling mount. They didn't.
The bulb lasted about a 11 months. I ordered a new lamp. It took 30 days to arrive
after much calling. That lamp lasted 9 months. also it came without a mount and I
was forced to take apart the old lamp mount and replace the lamp on the old mount.
We ordered another Lamp. That was June 25th. Our Credit Card showes it was Processed
on June 28th three days later. We NEVER RECEIVED THE LAMP. It's now August 17th.
We have called them repeatedly and been told various stories. We were told twice that they
would ship out a New lamp and to just refuse the other one if it came. Then we were told
They would ship a Next Day Air Lamp and extend our warranty for a year. That never happened.
Today when we called they told us that shipping would have a tracking number and put us through
to a line that just kept ringing. They never picked up. When we imeadiately called back our
calls were dumped in to voice-mail.
It would also appear as if they are falsely using a Better Business Bureau Logo along with
a Chamber of Commerce Logo without permission. That should be looked in to as well.
