Do NOT trust this guy "Harvey Hawkins" who claims to be a Real estate Lender on the internet!
We, a REAL lender, have received numerous calls over the last couple years from people claiming to have received Pre-Approval letters from "Harvey Hawkins" from our Company "Creative Hard Money LLC" and/or numerous other Lenders, He asks for up-front "due diligence" fees and then apparently disappears after accepting the money.
"Harvey Hawkins" does NOT work for our Company and has never had a relationship with our Company.
All documents or communications you may have received from this guy are FRAUD and did not originate from our Company, and most likely did not originate from any Companies he claims to work for.
If you have been victimized by "Harvey Hawkins" please report him to authorities immediately!
