On 2018 Dec 17 we paid Hannah Jensen $625 via paypal.com to produce a stage costume, the costume is fursuit or mascot suit (minus the head, which was being done by a different department).
We were instructed to make a Duct Tape Dummy (herein refered to as "DTD"), a pattern to derive from the dancer who would be wearing the suit, and shipped it to Hannah Jensen.
We also sent some materials/fabrics along with the DTD to her.
We also sent her a diagram of the costume to be made and there were numerous correspondnaces regarding the details and specifics so we felt confident she had intent to make.
We set a deadline for April of 2019 for completion.
However as we neared the deadline, we requested many photographs of work in progress to supervise the final construction but never got a response after May 3, 2019.
There were no further communications from this person and we have not received any costume back, DTD, or materials that we sent her along with the $625.
