To anyone interested in purchasing equipment from this company please be aware of the following:
I Purchased a new piece of equipment from them and the goods arrived and where faulty from day one and wouldn’t work at all
It took a couple of months of backwards and forwards in emails with them always saying it was my fault and was operator error and or not operating the equipment properly.
Finally, I sent screen shots of the software loading and hanging up and they eventually sent an upgrade for the faulty software.
Machine worked however, it would not allow you to send the data to main computer to print out test results therefore making the machine useless once again.
Hanfa group only responded when I was able to take screen shots of the operating system to show it was in error once again and that the software version I had on my machine was a much earlier version when compared to the one on their operating video.
Hanfa groups response has been deadly quiet to the point of not answering any emails since. Its obvious they don’t stand by their products or provide any warranty whatsoever.
It becomes pot luck whether any equipment you buy from them will work, are prospective purchasers prepared to take the chance of spending thousands of dollars on equipment which may work/ may not work – purchasers should bear this in mind when buying from this company.
It has also been brought to my attention that Chinese companies have 3 levels of quality in the equipment they sell, with first quality reserved for Chinese purchasers and second and third quality exported overseas. BUYER BEWARE
