I purchased a HAAN VersaSteam Pro Steam Cleaner, model #BS-20Q, BS-20QS with accessory package, from QVC the middle of last year. The machine has never worked. It is past time for me to return the machine to QVC.
I have called the HAAN corporation, #1-877-422-6347, left messages, several times, but received no response.
I have emailed them, @ www.HAANusa.com, but received no response.
I bought the HAAN Multiforce Steam Cleaner SS20 for almost $150. I have a 1000 Sq. Ft. home of which less than 1/4 of it is tiled. I used the HAAN unit once a month for one year when it stopped producing steam.
I called HAAN, I wrote HAAN, I emailed HAAN, but HAAN never responded. This is a Korean company with Made in China products who handle their American affairs with no regard for customer service. Shame on HAAN.

Purchased Two Steamers- They never sent them!!!
