These stories are all true. I know his wife finally divorced him and she had a little money. Sundem plays the 'Christian' con artist game. His ex was a pastor. He stole money from her dad. He has been sued numerous times and I am not sure how he keeps operating. We talked to the FBI in California about him and they said there was a current investigation but would not give us details. Hopefully his fat ass will end up in PRISON. You ain't going to like Prison Greg.
Greg Sundem is a professional conman that operates in the Medical Receivables and compound pharmacy space. At least that is the most recent con he is operating. Sundem works with Compound pharmacies to raise capital to buy worthless recievables "paper". He operated a scam with a company called Mesa Pharmacy that later because Praxsyn Corp buy virtue of a reverse merger. Praxsyn was a pump and dump scam that is now worthless.
Mesa and Sundem misrepresented the collectibility of paper they generated by purducing a cream for about $25 and selling it through doctors to patients for $1200-$1500. Mesa and Sundem also used a kick back scheme to get mostly work comp doctors to prescribe their worthless product. Mesa and Sundem would go out and find capital to buy the paper based on fraudulent collection curves and representations. The scam worked for a while but the buyers soon discovered the paper was virtually worthless.
Sunden and Praxsyn were sued in New York, and Sundem has been sued twice in Las Vegas and once is California. He didn't pay his attorneys who attempted to withdraw but courts severally frown upon this. So the attorneys are left with large debt and Sundem, if he has any assets, hides them away from creditors. He was actually removed from his office with MedCare when his partner got wind of his Fraud. Sundem used to rely on his Father-in-Law to bankroll him but his wife divorced him. Sundem claims to be a strong Christian (run when you hear this) but was caught with girlfriends, who if you search the internet, or this website, you will find where they have filed reports also. Sundem is a heavy drinker and likely drug user.
Sundem does a lot of bobbing and weaving. During the time we worked with him he changed his phone number 2 or 3 times. This should have sent off sirens as the only people who do that are criminals (who changes their phone number). He was appointed CEO of the collapsing Praxsyn in CA where he quickly moved to shut it down and snake over to Las Vegas to open up new companies under different names. He was subsequently removed as Praxsyn CEO becuase of the
Sundem was partners with two guys who were convicted of felonies in the State of California for Work Comp and kick back Fraud. In discussion with FBI in Orange County, the entire group is under investigation although they will/can not disclose the particulars.
Sundem has set up, or involved with a number of new pharmacy scams mostly what we can tell from Las Vegas. Prax RX, Nevada Health RX, RX Praxsyn Corp, Health RX corp and God knows how many others.
Sundem puts out a resume' that is totally false. He claims many years of Medical Receivable experience and Work Comp research in 24 states. He was a bookkeeper in a storage and moving facilty until his foray into criminal activity.
Sundem is a fat bald dufus and that is part of the reason he can run these scams. He hooked up with Mesa Pharmacy in Irvine CA that was founded by a convicted felon, Ben Birch who ultimately got a cease and desist order and had to leave the business. Mesa was a Fraud in and of itself....Beware Sundem!

As like a typical conman, Sundem is always moving around changing names, starting new companies, moving to other states. He is hard to track but we hired a PI as he owes us almost $1MM. We have tried to serve papers on him twice but can't find a legitimate address.
Sundem closed Praxsyn in California as fraud investigators continue an investigation into kickbacks Mesa and Praxsyn were making to doctors. Sundem scurried back to Las Vegas where he was formerly involved with a company by the name of MedCare Finance. MedCare went defunct when Sundem's partner discoverd Sundem was arranging the purchase of A/R from Mesa/Praxsyn and taking kickbacks for misrepresenting the collection curves. He was locked out of the office and reported to the State AG. Sundem scurried out of LV to CA to hide out with Mesa for a few years. During that time he continued to bring in buyers for Mesa A/R. He fabricated collection curves and got sued by at least 2 groups for fraud. Why of why did I not google this monster before getting sucked in by his lies? Greg Sundem is the most expert gas-lighter I have ever encountered. I feel horrible for any other woman that has the misfortune of letting him into her life. Be terrified and run screaming if you are a woman reading this and are just finding out the truth. He will promise you the world and then crush you like a flea, treat you like a queen for a minute and then start getting busier and busier with "work" and acting like he is the most important person in the world when he's really just busy with other women or getting drunk. He drives a fancy sports car which is DEFINITELY to make up for inadequacies in other areas, believe me I know. If he is rich like he pretends, why does he have so many unpaid bills?! Also he says he's a christian? NOT!! He may show up at church occasionally but don't make the mistake of believing that he will be anything even resembling a christian husband or be faithful or even that he isn't married to someone else. I found out through a friend and PI that he is STILL married to some poor woman who I hear is a minister. She might not have filed for divorce due to her beliefs but why hasn't he? check the internet on this guy folks. he is now the CEO of Praxsyn aka Mesa Pharmacy. he has been involved in numerous scams. He was thrown out of one company in Las Vegas (literally locked out of the business), worked for a ponzi scheme on another, was sued and is being sued by two other groups, is involved in a pump and dump scheme with Praxsyn, has no credentials and always states his credentials in vague terms (20 years in health care receivables), provided fraudulent collection curves to investors, got kick-backs on several deals, participated with a guy in the Mesa deal who was arrested by the FBI in June, participated with another guy in the Mesa deal who was convicted of felony kick-back scheme.....etc etc etc

In November of 2012, I flew to Las Vegas to meet with Greg Sundem. I took him to lunch and he advised me that he had worked for a company in regards to medical accounts receivables, and the executives of that company stole his ideas and kicked him out of the company (according to Greg, they were very unethical). Greg stated that he resided in Las Vegas, his wife was in Alaska, but he planned on moving to Dallas to be near Lance. At the close of our meeting, we agreed to meet at Lance's residence to discuss his medical accounts receivables proposal and using his network to further another medical product I was involved with.
In December of 2012, I flew to Dallas and met with Lance expecting to meet with Greg. When he did not arrive as promised, we called Greg and placed him on speaker phone. He denied stating he was going to meet us in Dallas and lied about several points he made to me in his conversation with me in Las Vegas.
When I called him a liar and advised him that falsely accusing me of things that did not occur would cause a high probability for me to fly to Las Vegas and kick his a**, he back peddled and made up a lame excuse as to why he could not make it to Dallas. At that point, I decided I wanted nothing further to do with this weasel.
BEWARE! This fat stooge is nothing but a con-artist. I wouldn't be surprised if he winds up in prison sometime soon.

Most conmen are smooth and Greg is a dufous, but a pathological liar and rips off investors. He is fat and acts like a moron but maybe that is his game. I am sure there is a SEC claim here but he moves around a lot. I know the Feds in CA are on his trail. His biggest con was when he teamed up with Bud Birch and Ed Kurtz at Mesa Pharmacy in Irvin. They sold a bunch of S*** receivables to different investors using fraudulent collection data. The stuff was garbage and to the best of my knowledge it collected only about 20% of total. They sold it saying it would collect 70-80%. Pure BS. I know Sundem has been sued at least 3 times but I talked to one of the Plaintiffs who said they couldn't collect because he had no money. His wife's family had money but she dumped his fax ass when he got caught with a stripper-so the story goes. Just so you know Greg tells everyone he is a strong Christian. Any time i was around him he drank like a fish.
