I ordered a Christmas tree online for a dying relative. I immediately afterwards saw this particular tree was being shipped from across the country to his home when they offered other types of trees that could be shipped from just a state away. Within 15 minutes of placing order online, I was on the phone with the company asking them to please substitute one of the varieties of trees that could be shipped from a neighboring state, told them to keep the extra money, just send quickly a fresh tree.
They said because the order was 15 minutes old, it couldn't be changed! I tried to explain the circumstances to the woman on the phone and she basically laughed and said it wasn't possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no one was available but she pass my info along. Never got a call. Heartless and deeply cruel people full of greed.
Got a tree 2016 and over a foot was broke off. Contacted them 4 - 5 times and never a response until this year 2017 when I posted it on Facebook. They contacted me and offered 20% off. The same thing that they are offering now to all customers. That's not helping a customer. That is BS! I asked for 30% off The same discount they were offering a week ago and was told no! This company is terrible. I should be getting a free tree but i only asked for 30% off the sale they closed just 6 days ago. Do not use! I will be leaving this feedback all over. Stay away from this cartoon operation unless you want to get only half a tree and never have the issue resolved. They don't deserve 1 star on reviews online and certainly do not understand or have the CHRISTmas spirit!
