I was interested to open a dry cleaning business and Green dry cleaner gave me a contract which demands a $5,000.00 deposits, credit score above 650 and that my income and projections does not matter for him to give me a dry cleaning plan for $199,900.00. The contract also states that if decided to cancel the contract my money will not be refund but if they are unable to get the loan my $ 5,000.00 deposits will be refund. He introduced me to two lenders and both were asking for a 20% down payment because base on my income and projections I cannot get the loan of $200,000.00.
Green dry cleaner do not want to give the 20% down payment and I also did not have the 20% because it was not included in the contract. He wanted me to used several credit cards, of which I refused because it is very risky for someone like me working as CNA, and having no savings to deal with all these credit cards. He also was not doing his job. Most often Mr Josep one of the lenders, he was the one making decisions on his behalf, Mr Harvey is not always on the same page between me and Mr Joseph and I decided that we should have a conference call, he later hangs up on us.
Despite all these I ask him for my 5,000.00 so that I can save more money to get the 20% down payment, he insulted me and said “I will get old before I get the 20%. When he noticed that what I needed at this point was my money, they told the lady who introduce me to Green dry cleaner that they will give her $5,000 if she can encourage me to go in for the credit cards. Please if you can help me gets my $ 5,000.00 from Green dry cleaner, I will appreciate it and I when when up the extend to borrowed it in order to get the money.
Harvey Kleinman runs a dry clening business where he offers to get you into the dry cleaning business by owning your own drop-store. His brochure states that a refund of the initial deposit will be given if ever you decide to change your mind, for any reason.
He took my deposit and I did not hear from him at all. I managed to find a sopt and he would not even bother to negotiate terms although that what his brochure states.
Long story short; I finally demanded that he send me back my deposit. He basically left me a vocie mail stating that he will never refund my deposit. I have had a lawyer send three demand letters and he does nothing but stall for time. DO NOT do business with this individual. He does nothing but take your hard earned money.
I am in the process of filing with the DA in Florida; the Federal Consumer Protection Agency(CPA); the Federal Trade Commision(FTC). We need to shut this guy down for good. If you've been ripped off, I urge you to do the same. It will make these agencies pay closer attention if more than one complaint is received. He may even be operating without a Business License as I have done a search on-line and can't find anything. Based on what I've seen in the reports on here, he is running this scam under different names(One Price, Inc., Eco Green Dry Cleaners, Green Dry Cleaners, American Dry Cleaning Company)
Just wish I had found this site before I ever invested in this crook.

Told we can get $5000 investment backif we changed our mind. Never responded to request for refund. Changed mind 2 days later when we saw the Scamion.
