We were insured with this company from 9/14/12018 through 7/1/2019. Within this time...

1. I bought a new car in February of 2019, up until July 2019 I was dealing with the cars registration not being sent correctly to the state, at which one time my husband was pulled over due to an expired registration. The company did not have the correct vehicles listed for months even though I had contacted them regarding the changes immediately before leaving the dealership. I had to call the agent multiple times daily to get a call back and push the issue with underwriting for them to pay the fines that I DO NOT OWE.

2. June 19,2019 we were involved in an accident in the F250 in which lightning struck the vehicle while we were out of state. At this point, the agent never CALLED BACK. We were on the side of the road with NO roadside assistance or help from our insurance company. No offer to help with a rental or tow. We paid for the tow as well.

While all this, apparently our agent Cheryl retired leaving us to another agent in which we did not know or did not ever contact us. It has now been almost two months without the truck, we got it moved (on our own money and terms due to lack of help from Grange) to a second mechanic to fix the vehicle and the adjuster is dragging her feet.

She never answers the phone, only responds with emails. She lied about sending the supplement claim on 8/6/19 to the adjuster, who confirmed today he did not receive until 8/8/19.We are now still waiting for the truck to be approved for the fix which has been over 4 business days. This company lacks to communicate with their customers, lacks to offer any help to their customers, and I feel they are dragging the situation on due to us not having a current policy with them now, for obvious reasons.

At this point the manager nor the adjuster nor the claims rep will answer phone calls or return messages. They have left us with a $7500.00 bill and are not paying the entire claim. Our truck had a clean bill of health with proof from Ford prior to this incident and they are denying payment. They sent our a BODY adjuster, not someone who knows about internal parts

We Were Insured And Had A Buisness Auto Policy Enforced In 2010 And Our Buisness Equipment Was Stolen And We Turned It In As A Claim And All They Did To Us For Months Is Investagated Us And Put Us Thru Hell Grange Insurance Company Is A Rip Off There Was No Reason Why We Should Have Not Gotten Paid On Our Claim So I Say To All You Consumers Out There That Are Buisness Owners As Well As Individuals Do Not Hire Them As Your Insurance Company.

WE had grange insurance co from a local agency for a year and we put in a claim for our buisness equipment stolen and they totally investigated us as criminals and denied the claim and our business has never been the same it was for over a 100.000.00 BUYER BEWARE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A BUISNESS OWNER DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE GRANGE INSURANCE COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE RIP OFFS ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE OUR MONEY.

So I have had this horrible insurance co for over 2 years now, i am covered on my parents insurance and I live at a different address because I go to college. Well Wednesday my car was vadalized and there was thousands of dollars worth of tools stolen from my car(which they didnt cover either), well the insurance company set me up with a rental car and had me go to one of their approved shops to have the work done to get my back hatch glass fixed and the paint fixed. Well I take my car to the shop my car was at the shop for 2 days and then they decided to call me and say they werent going to cover my claim because I didnt live with my parents and the car loan was in my name( they knew all this when we started the policy, that I lived in columbus because I was going to school and also my car lot sent all the information over to them when I purchased the car so they knew that it was in my name) My parents have been paying $160 a month for the past 2.5 years for my insurance and I had even filed a claim on it before and they covered it without any issue and sent me to a shop in columbus and knew that I lived here.So now that it comes time to cover a claim that would have costed them less than $500 to slap a piece of glass in and touch up the paint in a couple small spots around the window all of a sudden they wont do it. They didnt have a problem taking $3800 from my parents for the past 2 years, they expect us to pay for services not rendered. They want us to pay for nothing we pay the monthly fee to be covered in case stuff happens but when it was their turn to pay NOPE they would do it. So I basically just gave money to the insurance company to not be covered. I have full coverage and all because my car is financed. GRANGE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE INSURANCE IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY AND NOT GET COVERED WHEN YOU HAVE A CLAIM THEN GO WITH GRANGE. If you want what you pay for with an insurance company than I say DO NOT USE GRANGE INSURANCE. Biggest Scam Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
