The Grand Pacific Investments, Ltd. scam took at least 14 companies for $40,000 to $60,000 each in due diligence fees and insurance underwriting charges. The losses were compounded by additional expences for travel, hopitality, document prep time, legal fees, and lost opportunity. The combind damage to the developers, business owners, and the inocent U.S. based "agent" GPI contracted with, to find projects that met their investment critera, by offering a success fee to be paid only when projects were funded, lost a combined total of over $1,000,000 from this scam. Law enforcement athorities need to track the theifs down and try to prevent anyone else from suffering the same fate.

These ripoff MF's stole the funds that were earmarked for our project by the Chinese government.
They need to be in a Chinese jail for a long time! We will testify and help in any way.
We spent $25K for onsite inspection and risk insurance policy and after 14 months of time and sending $25K USD
we signed a contract and was assured that we would receive our funds for our project. Formal contract which looked real. After they insisted for us to send our board of directors resolution granting them power to establish a joint account in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone as soon we did so they disappeared along with our promised funds. (several million USD)
They cheated the Chinese government out of Millions of $$, and since they are in the shanghai free trade zone they can transfer these funds wherever they want all over the world without any records or regulations.
The ruse is being carried out in hotels in silicon valley Ca. and other locations.-B.J. Lee is the front man at the presentatin and he is supported by Alan Ching in hong kong supposedly and Jenny Liu also supposedly in hk.
They could be in nigeria for all we know-their phone number is never answered and their name does not show at this address.
Please BEWARE of these ripoffs and don't send any money like we did!!!
