BEWARE! Steve Palm is a scam artist. Steve was responsive, even pushy at first. He sent lots of pictures of his work. He made promises of gettng me 1/2 my order within 2 weeks and the other 1/2 within 30 days. I made it very clear I needed my full order within 30 days because I was trying to get my rental property up and running within a certain date. I explained if he didn't deliver, he would be impeding on my ability to make money on my rental. Once he got 1/2 my down payment, he stopped responding to my emails and text messages. I could never get him to commit when he would be finish with ANY of my items,,,not even ONE! His Criagslist posting said he had premade bunk beds. I offered to drive to his location to pick up the bunk bed and he refused to let me pick it up. I've been trying to get at least 1 item, just a chair for pete sake and he still refuses to respond to when anything will be completed. I was not able to change my order let alone cancel anything. His HGTV claim award doesn't mean anything if he lies, strings people along and doesn't deliver.
