Dear Mariel Z. (Jimmy)

Grace Stables is a community that cannot be destroyed by liars like Mariel. So Mariel, we are kindly requesting that you stop making false accusations about our charity and the founder Sarah Shechner.

You are jealous that you and your friend have not the hearts to do what we do here, and you have been mis-informed about many things.

We open our doors to everyone to come see what we do, and as you will see, it is a wonderful community of people helping one another AND helping horses.

We have already subpoenaed legal records from AP address (with the help of lawyers and the Korean horse community, as well as USA military).

You have upset a lot of people Mariel, and we cannot understand why you would do these terrible things to people in need and the volunteers that help them.

We are a truly Blessed ministry, and you are making things very difficult for your life.

You need to search your soul, and realize what you really have been doing.

Wonderful Place!

I have been part of Grace Stables, volunteering and taking lessons for almost 2 years now.

It saddens me that this jealous and cold-hearted woman Muriel Z. has decided to litter websites with terrible false accusations, especially for a program that HELPS people in need!!!

So I’m here to state that Grace Stables Korea is a place where healing and joy are in abundance!

Come out and see Grace Stables for yourself!!!!

"Grace Stables is one of South Korea’s first private charity organizations"... this might just be true because a charity is a charity. And an organztion is an organization. Just like a hospital is a hospital. But what if we wanted to make up a hospital that isn't a hospital. We might call it something like "South Korea's first private medical organization." Private of cours means it's not public. It belongs to one person.

Thus "Grace Stables," is not the name of a stables, but the name of a private charity organization.

Well, there is a lot htat isn't true about this place but here is a quote from her site Grace "Stables represents honest and true concern for the well-being and value of both human life and animal life.

Maybe it is true about human life, but not animal life. Sarah gives lessons on skinny horses, rides and competes on skinny horses. Her personal horse even died -- see the smiling photo of the Sarah and the hips of her horse. She'll say her horse was sick, but isn't that what all animal abusers claim. It doesn't matter if the child is small and light, riding a horse that is underweight is abuse.

Truth

The person who claimed this is a scam is clearly misinformed. Grace Stables does not codone riding undernourished horses. While the standard of horse care in Korea is certainly not where many foreigners would like, Grace Stables is attempting to educate local horse owners in better care practices. Grace Stables only owns 2 horses currently, and has to borrow horses to teach lessons on. They have attempted to convince the owners of the skinny horses to feed them properly, but they have not listened, so Grace Stables no longer operates there.

The original poster is also not being truthful about their own situation and is throwing these accusations about as a result of jealousy that her business efforts have not been successful.
