I purchased one of their smart watches for my daughter as a christmas gift. I ordered early, knowing that it could take a while, and it did take a month, but still arrived in time for christmas. First, they failed to mention that it required a sim card, so that was a let-down since the gift couldn't be used. Then when I inquired about what type of card to purchase or where to purchase it from, they directed me to a random blog (which took them over a month to respond). Once I read the blog, I purchased the sim card suggested only to find out that this card is not compatible at all. I tried downloading the app but none of it makes any sense. The words are english but they don't use sentences that make any sense whatsoever. Complete waste of money!!!
I order the smart GPS tracking watch off a add on facebook by Kidssmartgpswathch.com as it seemed legit. I paid through Pay Pal thank god and even received an order confirmation. I ordered the watch on 11/12 and only got a scam like message through Instant messenger that my order was confirmed. Well after that I got suspecious and did some digging and contacted the company through email. First they said my order was on back order and then in another response they said they could not even located my order even after I gave them the order number. Since then they are not responding to any of my communication attemps so I have escalated my complait on Pay Pal to a claim and will let them do the rest. Steer clear of Kidssmartgpswatch.con and RAMA Deals as they take your money and don't deliver as promissed.

This company is SCAM. They collect money and never send you a product. You cannot cancel your order, cannot get your money back.
