My story is no different to the above stories. By time you start searching this company, I’m afraid it could be a bit late, as you probable have been milked out of cash for some services you have never received nor you will.
This company promises to get your business to show up on the first page of a Google search, or you don't pay the monthly fee. You are able to choose key words and 5 cities. What they DON'T tell you is they promise to get your company to appear on the first page of a city OR zip code.
That means "coffee shop near me" won't show up as you would need to type in Coffee shop then the zip code of the city, not the city name or near me.
Their service has been completely pointless. On the initial phone sales call, the sales employee basically promised something very simple and clear. Zoek company would get my company listed on the front page of a Google search. Now their contract says differently, but that is what the sales call said. Then the next guy gets on the call and says that you can't actually market in any city you want, there is a restriction on distance. This is not mentioned in the first call. You can't market in cities around the country because Zoek won't allow you.
Then you just have to sign up for some cities that aren't real cities and go from there. At that point, the contract states that they aren't really required to have you appear on the first page of google but only either Yahoo, Google or Bing. Unless you work for Bing or Yahoo, they are obsolete. But, they are search experts, right? What a joke.
Then, you say later that people in this areas that you actually put the company in actually have to search for "health insurance" or " life insurance" or the phrase with the zip code in the search bar. No one ever searches like that. A normal person writes "health insurance", not "health insurance 45414". It's a joke!!!! 6 months later I'm still not on any first page. it's ridiculous. What a waste of money!!!
So, if you find one of websites with one listing on a first page, you say you're doing what you promised. Again, what a joke. The idea is to get business for the client and I have never received a single client through your help. Please don't give them any money or business!!!! Aaron Ellison
DO NOT USE ZOEK TO GET A WEBSITE FOR YOUR COMPANY. THEY MAKE YOU A LOT OF PROMISES THEY DONT KEEP. YOU SIGN A THREE MONTH CONTRACT FOR $150.00 A MONTH BUT THEY DONT PRODUCE ANYTHING FOR THE FIRST 2 MONTHS. WHAT THEY DO PRODUCE FOR YOU SUCKS. THEY HAVE YOU SELECT A COOKIE CUTTER WEBSITE THAT LOOKS GREAT AND TELL YOU YOURS WILL LOOK JUST THE SAME. WHAT HAPPENS IS THEY TAILOR IT TO YOUR BUSINESS AND IT SUCKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO WEB DESIGNERS. THEY GUY HANDLING YOUR ACCOUNT IS THE WEB DESIGNER AND HE SUCKS AT IT.
SO FOR TWO ENTIRE MONTHS YOU WAIT FOR YOUR WEBSITE AND WHEN ITS DONE ITS COMPLETELY USELESS. THEN THEY WONT FIX IT THE WAY YOU WANT AND THE SEO OPTIMIZATION YOU PAID FOR DOESNT WORK.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

they keep calling from the different name - today Gordon GoZOEK called. Last week some lady called. AND THEY CLAIM TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH GOOGLE
JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS NO ONE CAN GUARANTEE TOP RANKING AND GLL LISTING IS FREE. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE
