I purchased a Pixel 5a and Preferred Care on December 31, 2021.

I believe the Preferred Care I purchased includes accidental damage for things like cracked screens. If it is not included in my preferred care, the sales pitch and information is misleading. Approximately July 1st, I dropped and cracked my Pixel screen. On July 6, I filed a claim and paid a $69 deductible to fix the screen, which was approved. (I have a receipt and approval letter which includes the IMEI phone identification number).

On July 12, 2022, I went to the local partner repair store where I was informed the IMEI number on the approval document did not match my phone. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of IMEI numbers, and sure enough, the IMEIs on my approval receipt and my phone do not match.

Between July 12 and July 13, I initiated three support tickets. The first support ticket was initiated under my normal gmail account which I was informed did not match the account the claim was filed under. The second was initiated under my work gmail in the unlikely chance I used my work address for personal business. I was again informed the gmail did not match that which the claim was filed under.

These are my only two email addresses so I initiated my third ticket back under my normal gmail account. During the support chat I was informed that the IMEI was correct (it’s not), that they would not refund my $69 (I received no services for that money), that I do not have the coverage I purchased, and that they could not process the claim and would escalate my case to the support team. That support chat lasted from 1:36 pm to 5:00 pm, 3 ½ hours. (I have the complete transcript).

Since then, I have received five emails, informing me that my claim has been ‘escalated’ and would take 24 - 72 hours. It’s been over a week, the crack in my screen has now bled across the display rendering the phone inoperable. At this point I would just pay for the repair myself as I need my phone to do my job.

I have no idea how it is taking a team of specialists working an entire business week to simply change the erroneous IMEI number of the paperwork. At this point, the cost in labor Google has spent ‘investigating’ this claim exceeds the cost of a repair which runs on average $150-200.

Given the $69 deductible I already submitted, Google, one of the richest companies on the planet, has delayed my service for eight days and counting, to make sure that I, a public high school teacher, is not conning them out of about $80 worth of repairs.

Both companies removed important information regarding the stock market crash and collapse of the US Economy that was available in February of 2008, prior to the event taking place in September of 2008.

Google has also made it almost impossible to access a video that is easily available when doing a search at Bing. Anyone can go to Bing and type in: WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO, and the video from 2009 by Edward Everett is available.

However, if you go to Google and type in: WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO, the 2009 video by Edward Everett does not appear. Why?

Possible Answer: Google wants to prevent Americans from knowing the truth and wants to manipulate and control the masses in order to protect the corrupt and greedy people who ultimately control the US Government and Wall Street, which Google is part of.

Google employees, with the motivation of hate, remove every advertisement from companies that aren't owned by white people. When a BET Awards advertisement is placed, SOMEONE at Google, removes the advertisement claiming the ad is hate speech.

Google has a grudge against celebrity chef Chrissy Teigen, as they remove advertisements of Cravings and Chrissy Teigen Teaches Your Child To Cook at Lulu.com without good cause. Google claims Chrissy Teigen Teaches Your Child To Cook, is offensive and is hateful because they don't like celebrity Chrissy Teigen. I'm asking for a civil rights violation lawsuit be brought against the employees responsible for discrediting Chrissy Teigen, and harassment.

Unlike all other cellular phone service companies, subscribers of the google pixel plan have only 4 days to fix a payment problem. I had been a loyal google fi user since 2016, and more recently a pixel plan subscriber.

I had my bank overdrawn after an unexpected $3000 vet bill. In under a week, I was booted involuntarily, phone loan recalled, with a lovely $200 termination fee as a parting gift. After several hours wasted in their help chat, they made it blindingly clear that they preferred hitting me with the $200 fee over me remaining a customer.

I have sold over one million dollars worth of publishing on Google Play, Blue Ivy Brown Skin Girl and Blue Ivy Blue Lagoon, Chrissy Teigen Teach Your Child To Cook, The Paper Boy, Harlem Paper Boys, A Damsel in Distress, and Thy Evil Side. On my sales report it shows I have for October 2020 sold one million dollars worth of publishing. Google closed my account without cause so they won't have to pay me. I am asking for an audit.

For one month now I've been going in circles with Google support specialists over 241 unauthorized/fraudulent charges that appeared on my bank statement for $2.49, yet they keep on insisting there are no fraudulent charges and closing the investigation. I'd suck it up if I made the charges, but no one has access to my card information (or at least I thought so until those unauthorized charges) and there is nothing in my Google pay/play purchase history to suggest I made them, yet it is being implied that I somehow managed to stay awake for 40+hours and charge $2.49 for every 15-30 seconds between the 12th and the 18th of July.

I was scammed three weeks ago. I normally am very vigilant about scams, but I started a new job and within the 2nd week of my job the scam artist pretended to be my boss. The name of my boss came up in the email even. Admittedly, I should have checked the email address. However, the email just asked if I could do them a favor. As time went on, I realized it was a scam.

This was not until I already bought some Google Play cards. Unfortunately, the retailer I bought them from was not able to reimburse them. Though to that specific retailer's credit, they did warn me that scams are involved with Google Play cards, and asked if I knew the buyer. I said I did, because I was still under the impression it was my boss. So I reached out to Google asking for a few options:

1.) My money back (I knew because of their terms and conditions this was unlikely).

2.) If the money could be transferred to the google store or somewhere I could actually use the money (I am an iPhone user, so the Google Play store has no value to me).

3.) Direct me in options beyond these (since I still had the cards and never shared the access codes). Google, unfortunately was not of any help. Their only response was "Per our Terms and Conditions" and essentially, nothing they can do. I completely understand not being able to refund my money, per the Terms and Conditions. But the concern I have, is that they then force you to use the gift cards for Google Play (when I have no need for Google Play since I am a IOS user).

They would not offer any credit to the Google Store, where I could buy products with the money credited to my Google Play account; EVEN THOUGH there is that button to go to the store on the Google Play site. It really feels as though Google won't do anything to protect consumers, because they profit off the scams (they get the money up front that scammers scam people into buying Google Play cards). It is really bad business practice, and should be investigated.

Google I bought a new Google pixel phone which is still under warranty I called Google after my phone started malfunctioning and told them that it's s software issue and that it's covered by their warranty but Google says no we will not exchange or fox your device even if it's covered by warranty they told me to factory reset device and now I can't even use it because I can't sign into my account Google says you can't verify that account belongs to you but before the reset I didn't have that issue

I have a following complaint I purchased a Google pixel 5 brand new and it's covered by warranty and it started malfunctioning I told Google about it I told them that this is a warranty covered issue it says it in their warranty but they refuse to take device for repair or even look at it they told me to factory reset it and now I can't even use it because I can't sign into my account and Google says we can't verify that this account belongs to you

I have been a fan of writing Google reviews for a few years now, but no more. 100% of my reviews were true. Google I think gets kick backs as the majority of any negative review I've left has been removed. For the record 95% of my reviews are positive, so it's not like I'm leaving insane amount of negative reviews.

It's my experience that Google reviews cannot be trusted, and I wish I could sue them for wasting so much of my time.

Google you suck! Waiting for Jeff B to buy you out. Won't be back for any reviews either to read them or leave them as Google filters all reviews, and will quickly take down reviews that companies pay you to Oops meant to say begs you to remove.

I have been charged over $500 because the Motorola phone is set for WIFI and not cellular.

I was told I needed to purchase a Motorola phone or some other compatible phone because the iPhone which I was using at the time was incompatible with google fi’s system. So I purchased the phone specially for that purpose because I was going out of the county and needed an international calling plan. I selected the plan which was supposed to provide unlimited calls and text. https://fi.google.com/account#switchplan/start

However according to google fi support just this morning 4/22/21 this plan only applies if you are using WIFI and he further stated that I cannot use my WIFI because it is not supported in the country I am currently in. This statement is contrary to the information on their website, according to their website Kenya is supported which is where. I'm currently located.

Therefore, each call I have made is going through cellular calls even though it is not set for cellular on my phone, but WIFI. I have charges of over $500 because of this phone incompatibility with goggle's fi system, and their lack of providing accurate information. My phone is set for the WIFI as it should be not cellular and according to their support I would not be charged. And again, my phone is not set for cellular but for WIFI and all settings are those which I was instructed to set by the customer service reps.

The information listed on the following pages indicate that Kenya which is the country I am currently residing in is supported by google fi https://fi.google.com/about/international-rates/#K-section Therefore if there system was operating correctly my calls would have gone through my WIFI and not Celluar and therefore I should not have been charged. which is contrary to what I was told earlier by a customer service support person. See print screen shot below for countries covered by their plan as of today 4/22/2

I spoke with another support repersentative which said the information I had been provided regarding no charges when using WIFI was not correct and sent me to another link which list prices for using WIFI. They have numerous sites which are not linked together stating contrdicating information.

This is a Hugh Rip-off and google fi does not want to take responsibility for their system problem and their misleading advertisement information and lack of proper training of thier employees. I need to be refunded the money I have paid because it is their system glitch and therefore thier responsibility.

I called 866-246-6453 at 11:10am Central Time USA to ask for the legal department address at Google so I can send legal correspondence to Google and the agent did after I expressed my dissatisfaction with Google Adwords yelled 'shut up!' in my ear and hung up the phone. Called back at 11:14am Central Time USA and 'Neil' answered and hung up on me after I asked for someone to hold the kid responsible for being rude to me, yelling 'shut up' in my ear and hanging up on me and Neil also hung up on me immediately. I am a paying customer at Google.

They took my money for a service they did not provide then this is the way I am treated when I contact them to get information about possible recourse. 11:15am Neil hung up on me again. 11:20am another agent hung up on me when I asked to escalate a complaint to Google about the way I was treated by their customer service reps today. 11:25am another agent hung up on me refusing to escalate my complaint to a supervisor that would hold their rude disrespectful customer service agents accountable for their behavior today. 11:27am 'Donna' hung up on me again after I asked politely to escalate a complaint about the way I have been treated today.

11:31am John also hung up on me after I asked about escalating a complaint to Google Corporate and told me there is no one I can talk to on the phone about their rude disrespectful treatment of customers today. 11:46am 'Donna' hung up on me again after I asked to speak to an advertising account representative. 11:51-11:56am Mark hung up after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the adwords service and refused to let me speak to an agent that could resolve the issue.

I was first locked out of all Google accounts about May, 2020. I have not been able to get back into them since, even tho I have gone through the motions of trying to contact support and providing codes delivered through my cellphone multiple times.

I am shut out of my accounts on Blogger, Google Analytics, Youtube, and of course gmail which fortunately is not my main email account. I have had these accounts since at least 2007.

Perhaps they have been confused by the fact I try to log in using a different computer. Well, who wouldn't be logging in on a different computer after 13 years?? I have had a couple of computers over the years, and nothing alarmed them before.

Also now my old cellphone was killed by my carrier on Dec. 14, 2020 so Google cannot send verification codes to my old cell number. (Carrier had to kill phone account due to Verizon upgrades.)

I have not threatened anybody online or done anything illegal so I'm totally mystified why Google cannot open up my account again.

I recently used Google Hangouts for a new way to chat online, but the site is FULL OF SCAMMERS! I have gotten scammed by people wanting gift cards, and my social security number! Isn't there ANY site that is safe,, anymore? I am getting very frustrated and discouraged by people, now! It is not fair how people treat others, especially in the online universe!

Google LLC is supposed to be a renowned company that provides great and legal services to most customers. However, I was trying to request refund with my purchases from a game App called CSR Racing 2 that promises prizes that are achievable within limit and competence of your cars.

However, they do not ban obvious hackers and modders despite many players complaining and sending ticket to them, these cheaters started to dominate all leaderboards and push down all legit players who are supposed to get the prizes under real circumstances.

Of course feeling unfair, why would you continue spending on a game that supports hackers who spend $0 and legit players who spend $ in their game don't get the prizes in the end? Hence, the reason for me to request for refunds. Google LLC has a tendency to randomise different staffs (specialists) to help assist you on any case, and I got many because of the first screwed up specialist, Norman. He told me via phone that I have to forward the Google's email about my refund requests to the app developer's email, and if they do not reply in 3-5 working days, I can inform Google, and Google will proceed to process my requested refunds just by providing the case reference number stated in the email topic. I did exactly that, but I was told by the later few specialists that that was not the case, and of course I felt unfair and unreasonable for Google. As a staff there, you are supposed to be representing the company and providing correct information, but you mislead customers into providing false assurance and hope, just for us to give the good feedback or rating to you by end of the phone call.

Sorry to say, this false assurance in order to give customers a temporary satisfaction, is not nice, and eventually it pisses off your customers. I even got attached to another specialist, Maggie, whom made wrong refund requests despite giving clear instructions and even logically can refer to the first email refund requests in the Google email. With so many delays and mistakes by Google's staffs, the manager refused to process my refunds, as well as wanting me to do extra unnecessary stuffs on reporting the app developer, providing Google my transaction IDs and details again when they can easily get from their system.

Google LLC, you are supposed to be a prestigious company, but with your incompetent staffs and actions by them, I felt utterly disgraced by you, and I want to warn the public of your actions. Even other players can get their full refunds (up to 9 months) easily, but you can't even process my 3 months refunds ($114.96) because you are bias in giving the app developer my money first. You are shameless until you can go to the extent of telling your staffs to lie to customers to appease them just for your prestigious title and ratings. Shame on you, Google LLC.

As I Mentioned on Other Fraud Compleints, I Have a Famous Site at www.scarday.com (name gives the Clue), I Took Adsense Advertisements/Ads to My Site, to a Period of Maybe 4 Years, and They show Me, if I am Not Mistaken, 2.3$ or Something. Then Few Months or Years Later, I Tried The Same, This Time- Ads didn't Show Up. The Only Reason is The Over-Load of Visitors. I Gave Up...but Wrote Them an E-Mail even Called Them..They First Said There was No Money- This is The Funny Part- second Time They said They Have Sent The Check- I Waited a Whole Month, on Shinny, here Comes The Billion Dollar Check Days. And That Year Happened to Be a Drought in Where I Live- Turkey.

The Trees Went Dry, on No Rain!! Then Few Months ago, This Time I Wanted to Give Them a Chance to Give Ads to Net/Adwords. I Submitted The Site..then They Founded a ISP's Malware and Refused The Site. I am a Code-Writer...I Wrote a Code and Erased That( btw I bet a M, they Put the Malware). And Checked If The Site is Clean from Their Interface and There were No Threats. I Wrote Them and Showed a Screenshot...But They again Refused The Site.

Now I Have a Drect.Tech Extension Domain...I Again Applied to Adsense..even It's a Sub-Domain..Again There are No Ads Shown, on My Side!!..I Checked The Payments and Stats...Nothing There Also. What They Owe Me is a Couple Of Billion Dollars..and They Still Insist The Country is Theirs (!).

A recent phone call made to my phone led me to discover these search results from Google, which in effect prove guilt on their part for this and prior efforts to gaslight me, to denigrate my character, and to become accessories after the fact in the collection of crimes as done to me and others.

Also included is a newer October 2018 photo of Doug Golde's second Prius, seen at 415 Englewood Ave Buffalo NY 14223 USA, and how he has the bad taste to purchase this same type of car and in this color. His first Prius was silver. If I was him I would have avoided both choices. These people acted together and make fools of them and you for it all this way.

It gets back to what went on with Heike when we purchased her cars such as two Buick Regals, I talked it over with her, I wanted her to be able to make a choice with me assisting and color was one aspect that I wanted her to choose. She chose brown. A bad choice. Agendas.

In order to paint this picture of fraud with these cars and the bogus search returns as seen here, loaded with my personal vanity, inside knowledge from Google and others needed to be shared and acted upon. An ongoing pattern with dialogs, and it took time and many exchanges etc in order to enact.

This was arranged as was the marital fraud along with the forms of duress and harm.

This is akin to another recent discovery that had my web hosting provider (and an older one) do essentially the same thing by filling log files with bogus information related to queries, and other pages linked to my site. Those sites, pages, and links were not actually or factually present pointing to my site, and the sites in more than one case are a fraud constructed on my vanity personally. The service provider(s) is guilty as is Google.

The phone call should not have been made to me and this was done to target me, not a mistake, and to lead me to these searches. The call to me was made from +1 661-690-0691.

Google LLC is supposed to be a renowned company that provides great and legal services to most customers. However, I was trying to request refund with my purchases from a game App called CSR Racing 2 that promises prizes that are achievable within limit and competence of your cars.

However, they do not ban obvious hackers and modders despite many players complaining and sending ticket to them, these cheaters started to dominate all leaderboards and push down all legit players who are supposed to get the prizes under real circumstances.

Of course feeling unfair, why would you continue spending on a game that supports hackers who spend $0 and legit players who spend $ in their game don't get the prizes in the end? Hence, the reason for me to request for refunds. Google LLC has a tendency to randomise different staffs (specialists) to help assist you on any case, and I got many because of the first screwed up specialist, Norman. He told me via phone that I have to forward the Google's email about my refund requests to the app developer's email, and if they do not reply in 3-5 working days, I can inform Google, and Google will proceed to process my requested refunds just by providing the case reference number stated in the email topic. I did exactly that, but I was told by the later few specialists that that was not the case, and of course I felt unfair and unreasonable for Google. As a staff there, you are supposed to be representing the company and providing correct information, but you mislead customers into providing false assurance and hope, just for us to give the good feedback or rating to you by end of the phone call.

Sorry to say, this false assurance in order to give customers a temporary satisfaction, is not nice, and eventually it pisses off your customers. I even got attached to another specialist, Maggie, whom made wrong refund requests despite giving clear instructions and even logically can refer to the first email refund requests in the Google email. With so many delays and mistakes by Google's staffs, the manager refused to process my refunds, as well as wanting me to do extra unnecessary stuffs on reporting the app developer, providing Google my transaction IDs and details again when they can easily get from their system.

Google LLC, you are supposed to be a prestigious company, but with your incompetent staffs and actions by them, I felt utterly disgraced by you, and I want to warn the public of your actions. Even other players can get their full refunds (up to 9 months) easily, but you can't even process my 3 months refunds ($114.96) because you are bias in giving the app developer my money first. You are shameless until you can go to the extent of telling your staffs to lie to customers to appease them just for your prestigious title and ratings. Shame on you, Google LLC.

I own a small nationwide IT onsite repair company , and have been around since 2009. When I first opened my IT onsite repair company I started using Google AdWords. I used Google Adwords from 2009 to 2013 when they suddenly and without ANY explanation at all expelled me from their pay per click platform. By 2013 my company had grown substantially, and im sure by competitors who by this time had taken notice of my fast growing company had something to do with Google AdWords deciding to , without warning , in a matter of less then 24 hours , kick me off their pay per click platform.

Google AdWords is bias and discriminates against certain people, not your regular run of the mill story of bias and discrimination , no , in this case here , Google AdWords lends its ears to other big business giants such as theirselves, and so if your company starts to do so well that it becomes a competitor of one of Googles big business friends , Google AdWords will smack you down in the defense of its big business , deep pocket friends, and leave you , the little guy out in the cold and homeless shelter as I eventually had to go to shortly after they closed my account back in 2013 , WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND WITH NO VALID REASON.

I believe that is what has happened to me.

But since we are now in 2019, 10 years later , and my business is thriving , and now with thousands upon thousands of happy customers under my belt over the years , and all done without Google AdWords help ; I figured I’ll give it another try and attempt to re-open my old Google AdWords pay per click account that’s been shut down since 2013.

Below is my written argument to Google AdWords as to why they should let me back in after 6 years of having ousted me WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND WITH ANY GOOD REASON.

Google processed $8,440 in unauthorized transactions. I have spent 4 hours getting laughed at and hung up on by their useless team in India. The last suggestion by Google's India "support team" was to check with my internet provider.

My ISP has NOTHING to do with Google charging $8.44k in two days that I don't even have ads running on and generated NO converstions. Google refuses to transfer you to a US based call center. They prefer to pay other countries with broken English to hang up on you, multiple times.

They couldn't answer one question related to the unauthorized charges. Google is taking advantage of businesses in ad spend bacause they have monoplolized the ad space. You can choose to close your account and charge everything back but they know they have the upper hand as the ads feed your business.

So you can be forced to pay unauthoized charges or close your account which Google could care less about as they have virtually no competitors and don't need your business.

DO NOT RELY ON GOOGLE TO PROVIDE YOU BUSINESS AS THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR BUSINESS. IT IS A SHAME THAT SCAMS LIKE THIS CAN EXISTS IN TODAYS WORLD. GIANT CORPORATIONS GROWING AT THE EXPENSE OF THE AVERAGE AMERICAN BUSINESS. SHAME ON GOOGLE.

I was the victim of a scam that involved a person claiming to be "Janice Santana" of the United States Marine Corp that I met online via match.com. For ten months, "Janice Santana" had wanted to be a love interest that I was seeking, but what "Janice Santana" was seeking from me was how to exploit my good name.

Most, if not all, of the converations occurred via Google Hangout where "Janice Santana" urged and even requested that I do things that I was not comfortable in doing, but had to do it thinking I would find love and a possible business. During the 10 months, "Janice Santana" had me take out loans, wire money with Money Gram and Western Union, max out a credit card, purchase iPhones, compromise my bank account, driving around New Jersey doing all these things, and yet, "Janice Santana" had some excuse of why she could not come to the United States.

Overall, I have incurred losses that are severe and I had no choice but to notify every possible authority.

The purpose of this essay is to articulate my recent experience with a current employee of Google Ads (Ad Words- The Advertising System for Google Inc.) by the name of Ebony Lacey([email protected]). After last week’s interaction with her, I am left wondering if her behavior over the phone line and the way she handled my account is an accurate reflection of the company culture at Google Ads.

As if to say, if you're not working with a heavy advertising budget in the hundreds of thousands to millions you as a consumer run the risk of being downcast, have your account ignored and dismissed with an air of arrogance the way Ebony Lacey did to me. The level of disrespect shown by Ebony Lacey([email protected]) has left me with the impression that large corporations such as Google Inc.

Could care less about helping small business grow. I understand that we live in a capitalist society and large corporations more often than not operate in a manner that is most beneficial to them; sometimes at the behest of the consumer.

This statement was personified by Ms. Lacey after last week’s communication.

I am a new small business owner. I called Google ads to get assistance with creating a click to call only ad. I would have created the ad myself but to be honest, Google Ads can be pretty confusing at first glance. My account manager set a 9 am October 25th appointment with Ebony Lacey ([email protected]) for a marketing consultation and ad development.

My daily budget is $300/day. She called me the morning of Oct. 25th and began by asking about my business and the products that I offered. I answered all of her questions and gave my website address too. We conversed back and forth about my business and possible key search words that could be used for the ad.

She told me that she needed time to work on the ad and asked if she could set a 4:30 pm call back for the same day. Ms. Lacey said we would review the ad and “turn it on”. I was really looking forward to the callback and getting the ad up and running. I was relying on Ebony Lacey to do her job so that I could make the most of the weekend and see conversions.

I’d like for it to be known that I really didn’t know how things work with Adwords in relation to representatives and consumers so I just went with it. She did call me back at 4:30 October 25th; only she presented me with bad news rather than a completed click to call ad. Ebony told me that she, in fact, did not have the ad ready.

She didn’t have ANYTHING COMPLETED. Ms. Lacey told me that the reason for not having the ad complete was that she needed the notes from my account manager. Ebony Lacey([email protected]) said she had been trying to get in contact with my account manager all day but to no avail. She explained that he was located in another building, she didn’t know where and she could not get in contact with him.

She I repeated her statement back to her, “ So your saying , Ebony, the reason why you could not do my ad today is that my account manager didn’t send you the noted you needed?? So my account manager is the reason why you could not do my ad??!”. She replied, “yes”. I was beyond disappointed.

I explained to Ms. Lacey that the day before my account manager said he was emailing everything you would need to do the ad properly. He also said he would walk over to her desk and speak with her personally about my account. Ms. Lacey took a pause when I said that. I had caught her in a lie, but I didn’t say anything I just let her go on.

I told Ms. Lacey “Well since I have you on the phone now let’s get the ad together because I need this done up and running for this weekend. I mentioned to Lacey that I would personally call my account manager to see what’s going on. This is when she started to act as if we didn’t have a conversation about my business needs earlier that morning.

She began asking about keywords and such but I could tell her tone was that of annoyance. I asked her about various prices of certain keywords, only to be met with long pauses over the phone. Ebony Lacey([email protected]) didn’t want to answer my questions. She circled back to her story about the need for specific notes that my account manager supposedly never sent her and pushed for a scheduled call back the following Monday.

I told her no I need to get this done and asked if she could connect me with someone who could help me and she didn’t want to do that. I asked her to call me the following day to which she replied: “ I will try to call you back if not tomorrow then definitely on Monday”. Very unacceptable

I did follow up with my account manager the following day to express my concern. I was left wondering if it typically takes 2-3 business days to get an ad running. He said she could have done the ad in a few minutes! I explained to him what Ms. Lacey had done or rather didn’t do.

He told me that Ebony Lacey ([email protected]) was not in the office. WHAT???! WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT TO ME?? He did, in fact, speak with Ms. Lacey the day before and sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding. WHY WOULD EBONY LACEY TELL ME A BOLD FACE LIE?? Furthermore, WHY WOULD SHE TELL A LIE ON HER CO-WORKER?? THIS IS ABOUT RESPECT. MS. LACEY HAD NO RESPECT FOR ME AS A CONSUMER, A BUSINESS PERSON, OR MY PRODUCT OFFERINGS. I DESERVE RESPECT!

I called Google Ads Friday afternoon with the hope that someone could help me create a click to call ad. A representative walked me through the process. It took less than 30 minutes but there was more bad news. It takes one business day for an ad to go through a review and become live. The rep explained that ads are not reviewed during the weekend. So that meant I would STILL have to wait until Monday to have a live ad.

Being livid doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. From my perspective; because of Ebony Lacey, I lost three days of productivity($$$) that I can never get back. Ebony Lacey([email protected]) cost me potential revenue and threw a monkey wrench in my business before I could even get started.

Had she done her job on Thursday morning and had the ad gone live by that evening I could have made $2,500- $3,500 in revenue over the weekend. Real women get their work done. Ebony Lacey is not a woman but merely a little girl who yearns to run out and play. I know she hurried me off the phone so that she could scurry off to enjoy a 3 day weekend.

Had she been a woman about it and said, “ Hey, I’m used to dealing with multi-million dollar accounts. Why don’t I refer you to a representative that could better suit your needs.” I would have understood. Or she could have said, “ You know I really have my mind set on enjoying an extended weekend can I call you on Monday?” I would have understood and even encouraged her to enjoy herself. Unfortunately, Ebony Lacey decided to disrespect me and treat me like a cretan!

Ebony Lacey is not a real woman. A real woman knows how to be direct in articulating herself without lying. Ebony Lacey is an inauthentic woman. I can’t stand fake woman. Mr. and Mrs. Lacey raised a dishonest woman with little to no morals when it comes to dealing with people. Ebony Lacey’s mother, Mrs. Lacey, needs to go somewhere and bury her head in the sand because she raised an inauthentic (FAKE) woman.

This brings me back to my original statement. Was Ebony Lacey’s behavior over the phone line and the way she handled my account an accurate reflection of the company culture at Google Ads? Is it a regular occurrence for Google ad representatives to pass judgment and personally decide whether a consumer’s ad campaign will get developed or not?

Does Google Inc. specifically Google Ads, have set standards in how consumers are treated? I strongly urge Ebony Lacey’s supervisors to review the audio conversations from 9:00 am and 4:30 pm October 25th between Ebony and I. I would like to use this platform to communicate with a representative from Google. It can be a supervisor for Google Ads or someone from Google’s legal team. But I do want some answers. Consumers deserve better.

On October 4 2018 I signed up for google ads, to advertise my business. I was told that I would have better control over my advertising dollars. This was not true. I was told that I can put it at $150 and when the clicks got close to reaching that, I would be notify and I could then pay for my ad. None of this happened. They also fabricated the clicks and phone calls I supposedly got. Then they charged me $350 for a month of service on 10/29/2018. On October 13 I received an email saying I could change my ad listing and on the 16th I recieved something about them changing how they were going to trace clicks. Not once have I received a notice about how much money was being spended.

Thank God I got Godaddy. I can track the clicks and who was calling me. Google shows 411 clicks between October 1 to 29th. I didn't have there service October 1-3rd. and Godaddy shows 307 from September 29 to October 29th. The 4 phone calls I got 1 was from my Husband on my private number 1 was a client I did a job for two weeks before. 2 were from a known spam numbers.

When I tried to see who was doing the clicking a error message pops up saying that options is no longer available . When I ask the customer service person who is doing the clicks she just said " it's not your ip address".

I was also told that I signed up for the wrong google ads by the customer service rep. This is after a customer service rep walked me through my sign up and said I would have more control with google ads. I have an email on October 4th saying ( I want to personally congratulate you on your new Google Ads account). So what are they talking about?

They set my billing account to automatic payments and I could not change it this morning when I saw that I was being overcharged. The whole point of me getting this service is so I could have better control over my spending. I trusted Google because I use them for so many other things and I have never had a problem with any of their other services. I even have google wallet no problems. I have google play no problems there. But with this, it's a rip off.

I have copies of my emails and screen prints of my account before I cancel it. And the account pages have no information on them at all now.

I noticed that my business was not showing up on Google maps after I started paying them to help advertise my business. I contacted them once about it and someone got back to me saying that they were able to find it with a special search. That's still a problem because customers don't use special searches, and now 4 months later my business still, can't be found on the map using general terms that actualy customers are going to use.

I've "only" paid more than $150 for their services, because not one person has ever said that they found me using google search or maps and because my business has yet to be found using general search terms. I've since stopped the ad words and will soon cancel the account if they don't refund my money.

After paying for a six month subscription of $79.99 ($80) (was not allowed to browse the personals before I paid) I realized that the website was a classic example of a dating scam site. There were massive numbers of fake profiles and an extraordinary number of robotic (fake) likes and winks from a wide range of women from thousands of miles away and from demographics that are outside your area attempting to contact me. They prompt you to pay for the upgrade so you can read your messages that you have received only to find out they are not really messages, Just winks from imaginary members. The very next day I canceled the subscription and asked for a refund from both the Meetville Developer and Google Play. Even though I provided them date stamped documentation of the notification from Google Play that the subscription had been cancelled they said they were unable to give me a refund based on their refund policy. I looked up the refund policy on the link and it explicity said refunds would be received if the site was cancelled in 48 hours. Google Play takes no responsibilty for their vendors so let the buyer beware!!

Google is striving to have an information monopoly. This is not good as they terminated my adwords account and said it was because of suspicious payment activity. I tried to get my account restored and told them i always used tor which gives me a new ip address often i a foreign country. I said google should be big and intelligent to know about tor. There is noting in their tos that says i can't use tor. Then this elizabeth replies and says i am in violation of their tos and she refuses to give me any reason why she believes this is the case. Therefore i am free to assume that they are probably working with rouge agents in the government that seem to be out to sabotage my financial success because i put up websites to raise money to files class action law suites against them for their attempted violations of my constitutional and civil rights. My firewall once showed me google trying to break into my computer repeatedly. I did not sign a terms of service allowing google to hack into my computer and mine my personal information and my isp is not a google company.They are too cooperation with government already and if they want to cooperate with rough agents and sabotage people's business due to race, religion and/or political view they seriously need to be replaced. Therefore i am building a organization to replace google by alerting everyone that the are using a po box 666 and they blocked my business ventures by terminating my accounts for life due to probably to government request due race, religion, political view and or my activities of fund raising to file class action lawsuits. I also feel they may not want you to succeed on ad words or youtube unless you are an insider.

So if you don't belong to any secret organization, and you need to advertise on google, don't be surprised if your account is terminated for life for bs reasons. If you're a minority and you start making money on youtube or ad words, don't be surprised if you're account gets terminated for not reason. Speculation). Hello GSuite

About 3 weeks ago, I was asked by a client to add 4 new emails to a web domain that is set up on SquareSpace. Of course I did a bit of research and found that SquareSpace offered this free for the first year.

I went ahead and set it up, and used my credit card as it told me I need this to proceed.

First email, set up, no problem. Then it was on to set up others.

Suddenly, I find charges on my credit card for $150 which I was not aware I was doing.

I thought, this first year applies to any email with same domain. I was wrong.

I wanted to talk to someone about a refund. Only to be told there are no refunds.

This is where I lose all respect for your GSuite. What kind of company does not offer a refund to someone that made a mistake in purchase. Its not like I will ever use the service, and personally have no need for. The client has also stated that they are not interested, especially at that price tag.

I have deleted the account. I no longer want any reminder of the rip-off I have experienced with GSuite. I can understand if I did this intentionally and was trying to create some problem, but I seriously made a mistake and had no idea what I was doing. I can also understand no refund if I used it and found it was not for me. However, these were not the case. I feel I was mislead from the get go.

So what kind of company does this to their potential customers. You have lost me as a customer for life, and I can assure you I will deter any future clients from purchasing your service. Already, I have convinced 2 clients to not get involved with GSuite, and the current client in question has agreed to terminate his current GSuite account. I will find another provider, even if it costs more.

I am a freelance designer, and I work on the basis of honesty, and affordability of website and graphic design. I take responsibility for my errors, and offer refunds when a client is not happy. This is not something I feel I can say for GSuite. My client did not pay the $150 in error purchase, I assured them that I would eat the cost. But here is a multi million dollar company such as Gsuite, sucking $150 US out of me, yet, I live paycheck to paycheck.

I will continue on my anti GSuite boycott, as I currently have no reason to think this company is on the clients side. Go ahead, make your profits, even if it means making money off human error. Sounds like a used car salesman or a porn site. Pathetic.

Google has listed and miscatagorized our company without consent from us. We receive consumer calls for service work and we are not a private consumer based cpmpany, but rather business to business. Google calls our office srveral times a day pressuring our office manager to pay to fix the advertisement. They will not stop calling, and will not remove the ad.

I signed up on Google Cloud Platform on the promise and offer of a free $300 trial. My intent was to use it to test the latest version of Leela 0.1.0 and also open source Ray(on) for Baduk/Go board game AI. After Google's Deepmind tricked everyone into thinking it was going to release a public learning tool for AlphaGo Master, I decided that it was a good idea to run my own strong AI Go program instead, and wanted to take Google up on its so-called free offer.

When I actually wanted to use it, it asked for a credit card and personal information which was reasonable. But then when I wanted to create an instance it says that I have a quota of exactly zero GPUs. And then it promptly deactivated and deleted my instance. Making this completely useless. So I had to make a request for an increase in quota.

The request was denied but then I got an email stating that if I pay $35.

00 upfront, to make sure that I was "not a robot", then it would process my request. So I promptly paid the requisite hostage/extortion money on a so-called free trial, and got contacted by a dude from Google stating that he will look into it.

Days go by and I hear nothing, I reply back to his email multiple times but he goes cold/silent. Then out of frustration I initiated a new Quota request, for the exact same thing, and then I'm asked to pay another additional $75 before they will even consider my request, while they closed out the other pending request that was never implemented. I contacted them back with proof of purchase screenshots and explained everything, but I'm mistreated again with nothing but silence.

So as of now, I'm out $35, still can't run any instances, and can't even use the allegedly $300 free trial at all. How is this not a scam of epic porportions perpetrated by one of the largest Internet advertising marketing companies in the world who's formal sloggan was "do no evil"?!

How is this a free trial? How is this not a deceptive bait and switch scam of epic proportions?

Google Voice has been hacked. Indians are calling numbers from Craigslist inquiring about merchandise then creating fictitious Google Voice accounts to perpetuate a scam. It's been impossible to contact Google, as they have no category for Google voice contact nor any expedient way to contact them. This has become extremely aggrevating. I would think there would be a way to confidently contact a multi-national company. I have been receiving texts from individuals saying my number is calling them to harrass them. While on the subject you want to use Google search and all they do is load your phone with applications you don'the want. HELP!

Google adwords is your biggesr Ripoff in Town, I have a Locksmith Business that advertises with them and competitors click ally day on the ads, causing you to pay $15 to $20 per click until your budget is depleted. "They say that they give you credit", and YES for a few they do. But I get 10 or 20 INVALID clicks a day and get credit for 1 or 2. I spoke with othes in my trade and they have the same issue. I and others are planning a CLASS AXTION law suit against this MONOLOPY.

Another scam that thay offer is "CALL ONLY" ads. This is ever a bigger RIPOFF!. What happens is that people click on your phone number listed on the mobile device, the it comes up " CALL or CANCEL", GUESS WHAT if you hit cancel Google charges you for it! Worse than that on these ads you cant even block it because it is a "CALL ONLY" ad, it does NOT supply you with the IP address.

I used a company called PPC secure to monitor my account and it shows Google that 1 person from THE SAME device clicked on my ad 45 times using different "Key Words". Guess what they gave me credit for 10! The other 35 i paid for which was over $350.00. The problem everyone is "BRAINWASHED" to Google. so the could not care less if you cancel with them!

If advertisers all get together all stop advertising with them for just a week, they would lose millions.

The only way to teach this company a lesson id=s to SUE them, and DISPUTE all the charges on your credit card.

I just want to make everyone aware that that google adwords advertizing services can wipe your bank account clean, without you even knowing.

When you signup for your google adwords account it asks for your payment information and then you sign up for a advetizing plan for a daily amount, I choose $10 in my case.

I was just testing google adwords hooked by a $100 dollar credit cupon they offer. I sighed up so I could use their $100 credit and test it out. After using up the $100 credit I disabled my ad. Six months latter I found out that my bank had been wipped clean by google adwords. Luckily for me this was a emergency fund account and had only less then $1,700 and google adwords pulled over $1,600 from my bank account, it could have been much wose! Since in my mind this was an inative bank account I was not checking my electronic online bank statements to realize that google was ripping me off every month.

I called google Adwords to complain and talked to managment a few times. They were not able to remove my charges because they could not verify that I had pause my advertizing. I thought I deactivated my ad, but something went wrong and it was not properly deactivated.

Google adwords claims I never diativated my ad, so they will not give me a refund or credit.They could see that there was no activity in account for over 5 months. I never returned to google adwords because I thought I had deactivated my ad, but this was not enought for them. I told them that the website I was erroneously advertizing was dead, they still don't care. The month I deactivated my account I only had a $190 charge and every other months it was around $300, so to me that shows that I did deactivate my account. By now google adwords has added a new code to deactivate an ad, they have a pause and play option and they could not tell by the logs that I had ever paused my ad.

Bottom line, you have to be extreamly careful, if you accidently do not properly pause your add you will be charged for an infinite amount of time and they will not re-inburse you, this could cause you thausands or more if you have the buget in yoru bank account.

Google Adwords failed to send me a montly bill to make me aware of the charges. They could have easily send me an email every month with the charges and they would have made me aware that my ad had not been deativated. I believe that they should be responsible for sending a monthly charge statement but they don't believe they need to sending a monthly bill. I think they are wrong and I would love to have an attorney file a class action lawsuit for unethical bussiness practices. You can not just grab some ones credit card or bank info and charge them indefinitaly with out even sending them a bill with charges.

If there is an attorney that believes that google adwords is doing wrong and willing to make a class action lawsuit at no cost to me, please contact me or reply to post.

I started off by using a 20.00 promotion from google ad words for the first month.I then spoke with a rep of what they could do to help promote my company[Instant Karma Events] offering catering and event planning sevices.The second month I was charged 50.00 still very reasonable in my opinon to make even a small gain in business.Here come the kicker for the third month my credit card was charged 147.79 and that was only eight days into the month [November]On top of that they came back with these stats that where a total lie as I have a program that records the amount of activity that crosses my website with no noticeable gain in hits what so ever not to mention zero phone calls and zero email inquiring about my companies services.When I spoke with them they said ther was no balance they could refund to me only two days after my credit card was charged They said they would have have to get back to me after a meeting with their special commitee,still no word and probably will not be one.ZERO customer servive Zero follow up Zero lack of concern for their clients needs and wishes.Business owners beware google adwords is a total and complete scam,Chef Timothy Wright,owner of Instant Karma Catering and Event Planning Services...

I had a google wallet account. i used it for various internet pyment. recently my wallet card had some unauthorized transaction from various places around california. I live in Philadelphia PA. Most of them got rejected as i never had much balance. Strangely there was a transaction of 22$ which was my exact wallet balance. it was unauthorized and again the charge was from a safeway store in california and it got approved.

i reported google with and they agreed that my wallet card was compromised and they will send a new card. they also registered about the refund.

however yesterday 9-22-2015 i got an email from google that my wallet account was canceled due to suspicious activity. inspite of sending valid documents they marked me as a spammer.

also it have been couple of weeks to the unauthorized $22 charge and i still dont see it returning.

now my complain is -

they marked me as the suspicious user instead of launching an investigation on the suspicious activity on my card.

they also didnt retured my money.

the most strange thing is how can my exact balance of wallet card was charged from the safeway store. only way is that if an google employee knows about my balance and charged my exact wallet money.

May be this is happening to other users also. but the amounts are so small that people are ignoring.

I can not set up and account to get paid. I have several hunderds of dollars from ads and I can't setup an account to collect the fund.

I set up and account and they sent me a test deposit, the the insturctions were to click on, payment, the payment setting and the link to verify the test deposit amount, but the link to verify the test amount of .47 cent is not there. I and others have gone through every troubleshooting step they offer with no success.

I deleted that account and added a new account and verify it using the wire method. It asked for my user name and password to my bank account and it was success. After several days of not recieving my money, I called my bank and they said, they have a different routing number for using a wire. So, I deleted that account that now I can't reset on back up at all to get paid and I have on one to help.
