Don't buy. They have a classic scam where they take your paypal payment, then tell you they will only give you a refund if you pay them through Western Union. They also are BACKED by Paypal essentially, who claims that GOLD ICQ is in perfect standing and has never had a dispute. However, if you look through their reviews, they are clearly knee-deep in them. Stole $500 USD from me. They created a fake version of my character to prove to paypal that they underwent the transaction.
Paypal supports fraud.
All good reviews are done by "people" with hilariously fake white names just like their live chat bots.
If you've ever thought of buying any in game items from this company, don't do it. These guys are in china but their website is based in USA and these three websites are the same company with the same live customer (just check their contact info or the name on the payment).
Before purchase, i inquired about stock and delivery delays. They confirmed all was in stock and delivery should take from an hour to 24h max. I Asked if they refund if the delivery delais were not respected because i needed the gold for an ingame event that would end in 48h. They assured me everything would go rapidly and they would refund me if not.
10days later, still waiting. I went to the live support after 24h to ask for info. They paste some automated messages telling they send my order again to the supplier and that i need to wait more. So i waited more 24h. The event i purchased the gold for was ending and still no gold.
When i asked why, the same automated messages were answered, supplier currently offline, manager not working today. Next day, still no answer, supplier still currently offline, manager on vacation, live support cannot give refund (even if it's noted in their "terms and conditions"). Next days, the same went going down. It's been 10days now and still no clear answer on why it's not been delivered and no one can grant me a refund because the manager never works. When i ask simple questions like: "why can't you ask the supplier why it has not been delivered?" or "Are you refusing to refund me?" or "When will your supervisor be at work?", they give bogus answers.
So unless you pay with paypal (which was not an option on my order) and can open a dispute, never buy on their site.
The reason they keep dragging and holding is because once it's passed 60 days, you won't be able to get a refund from PayPal even. Always google and check the review before purchasing from sites like these or you'll end up losing your money and these guys are 100% scammers.
