Unlike others, I did get my Gofybr order and it was disappointing. I did a lot of research before I bought a 6-month supply from them. It arrived after two weeks. I couldn't wait to use it, but I had to wash my hair first and dry it. I did everything according to the instructions, but the result was nowhere near what they show in videos and pictures. The fibers stick to your scalp, not your hair. If you tap it, it does stick to your hand (not all of it, but you cannot run your fingers through your hair in public, or scratch an itch or you'll get it under your fingernails, which is not appealing). But none of this would matter if it looked real, which it doesn't. You can see there is just a scalp undercover, not a full head of hair. I am so disappointed... :'(
I placed an order on June 1st for a month supply of Dark Brown GoFybr hair treatment. On the website, it says delivery to EU countries (Ireland) will take 2 days, but it is now the 12th of June and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent 2 emails complaining about this, and neither have been replied to. When I go to "view my order" and look for shipping updates, i keep getting the same message. "Your shipment is confirmed". Despite getting an email on the 2nd of June saying "your order has been shipped", it does not seem that my order was shipped at all. This is a huge let down and I don't know how to get my money back.
I ordered the product on December 21, 2015. The product has been on it's way to New York since the December 24, 2015? The tracking shows the product was shipped on the 21st? It's says on it's way to New York since 24th? I couldn't find no physical address and have sent e-mails to the company and shipping company. Both follow up is terrible. The company offers free shipping but they don't follow up with customer request. Anyone had any problems.
