On June 14, 2019, my account was debited in the amount of $64.94 for a Naturali Star NAT-3A NAYA wig. This is my favorite wig. I searched, and searched, and searched the internet to find a company selling this wig. In my search, I found https://www.gmbshair.com/. I prayed about purchasing this wig and went ahead and ordered it.
I had never paid this much for a wig. I have purchased this wig several times and could get three of them for this price. That is how much I love this wig. I love it so much that I waited until June 20, 2019, to wear it to church. I put that thing on and could not believe it. It is all matted up and looks terrible. I cannot believe they would sell an item in such a poor condition. I cannot do anything with this wig but put it in the trash, which I have not done yet. This is so disappointing.
This is their response to me:
"We are sorry to hear about your wig. All wigs that we ship are guaranteed new and directly from our factory. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee on wigs since all wig can act different in all different environments. But we will be glad to "sell" you another one at half off".
