The Glockstore had so many complaints that they changed their name to KentuckyGlockstore.com. They have a California telephone number as well as a Louisiana number. The map they have on their web site shows New Jersey. They claimed the ATF is holding my ammunition due to Washington State laws.
There is is no restrictions for ammo in Washington State.They even sent me a fake weapons permit from a man in Illinois for some reason. I requested an immediate refund and the man with a thick Africa (possibly Nigerian) accent said they would not refund my money.
I bought some items from this company and they got lost in the mail. I ask them to fle a claim with FedEx and reship my order or give me a refund . They wrote me back three months later and said FedEx would not pay and they would not resend my order and would not give me a refund.So I am out $98.89 and no items . So I would not buy from this company and Mr Magill runs a Scam of a company. They Will not but the customer first. ANd to Mr. Magill. You owe me $98.89 or my order that I never got!!!

They sent me what was in stock, with no explanation of the status of the main component I needed to utilyze the other parts. Now, months later, I have e-mailed numerous times and I don't even get a response, other than adds trying to up-sell.
I want my money back for the useless items I now own. What am I suppose to do with the parts to make a "Model 43", when I cant seem to get the lower receiver? I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Look into Glockstore and Lenny Mcgill. You will be surprised how many people are in the same situation.

Paid extra for rush shipping and was quoted a delivery time of 4 days. After letting almost a month pass, I reached out to GLOCKSGUNSHOP.COM. For 2 days I sent emails, texts, and attempted live chat communication through their website and have still received no response. I also contacted my bank and found that KYLE MATHEWS, who's real name appears to be JAQUES, no longer has a Zelle account.

Complete deceptive business practices, misrepresentation of services, and the company should be fully investigated. They list items and shipping knowing they can not fulfill their obligation or what customer's pay for without having the item in stock or fulfilling their shipping obligations in a timely manner and run their business on excuses and offer zero compensation for the shipping customers pay or a discount. Customer answering service is a joke and you're supposed to just accept fraudulent business practice and if you have a problem with it too bad, you will not receive a refund on the shipping you paid for and most likely they'll let you know they don't care whatsoever. Can't believe the place isn't bankrupt yet. BUYER BEWARE
