I opened a life insurance polity, for my son, with Globe Life and Accident Insurance approximately (3) years ago. I lost the policy and called in July of this year and requested another copy. Globe Life sent me a one page document that showed the "wrong birthdate" for my son. I called Globe Life and requested the date to be changed and an updated policy be sent to me. I was told to send a copy of my son's birht certificate, which I did on July 22, 2015. It's now Sept. 17 and I have spoken to Globe representatives and supervisors who have a different reason for my not having recieved an corrected policy. The service from this supposed "insurance company" is simply unacceptable. If I had a company that responded to cukstomers in this manner, I wouldn't be in business very long. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is cancel your policy (which I tried to do unsucessfully). Do not use this company!
