August 25 of 2015 I made a payment of $230 to go on living services for some reason the website doesn't notify you that the payment was made so I clicked the button again and it took out a Nother payment of $230 when I called global lending services they told me there was nothing they could do it had to go I have to go to my bank Legacy Credit Union and get it from them I called Legacy Credit Union they said there's nothing they could do until global lending services canceled I called him back global leading services canceled it but it never was released.

Three weeks later I woke up Sunday morning September 20 and my car was gone . I called global lending services couldn't get anybody. Monday morning 7 AM Central standard time I called Sam at global lending services collections department. Sam told me that there was $160 left on the partial. I told sam that the week before September 15 at 1:15 PM I talked to Brian out of Arizona and set up a payment arrangement for September 22 for $160. After I gave Sam the information he saw the notes that Brian had in the system . Can Sam asked me had my car already been picked up because it could be canceled and we can just go with the payment arrangement. I told Sam the car was already picked up. at this point Sam didn't know what to do so we call for his manager Tara to take over to get these things resolved . I talked to Tara and she told me and I had to email her a check stub proof of residence for references proof of insurance $435 for the repossession fee and $160.

In order to make these payments I cannot use cash, debit credit, nor check nor money order it could only be Western Union or Money Graham. Once I sent the payment she released the car. When I asked her where the car was she said "Birmingham" but she didn't know where. All she could tell me was Global lending services uses "A1 nationwide" services she gave me the number to A1 services and when I called it and it went straight to voicemail it's a cell phone. So I randomly Googled repossessed cars in Birmingham and Omni recovery services pulled up.

I called on the recovery services and a lady that refused to give me her name told me that they only released cars between the hours of 1 PM and 4 PM. But she said we won't release it anyway because the car has not been released I told her I have the email I told her that I have the number she can call global services and she said no that they use a special number through a one nationwide given Global lending services and they will notify her should the car be released. I was charged an extra three days because global lending services took their time on a car I already paid for to be released from the repossession terrible customer service nobody cares they think they can do whatever they want and then I hold any standard I will talk to you like a dog nobody should be treated this way

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger from a nice dealership and was financed by Global lending Services. I really loved that car by the way. I was paying a little over 209.00 by weekly if I remember correctly. Didn't like how it worked out but I was told you pay it quicker like that and I loved the car. Anyway I fell into hard times and missed a week after paying so faithfully because I loved the car. I get paid every two weeks but I spoke with someone to let them know I'll be late, they didn't like that. I was basically told how bad of a person I was. By the time week two was coming up of missed payment. To make a long story short I mailed a money order and dodged the back to back calling because you can't get blood from a turnip and they blocked my account online so I couldn't pay online. I called to see if they got the payment and was told yes and I told her when I will send the next one and she said ok. When I was leaving to go to work I learned my car was repossessed. I called to see what I had to do to get my car back and this obnoxious guy by the name of Tim told me you're not getting anything back unless you pay us back 11,000 or 12,000 dollars then you may get it back but I doubt it. I asked for my payment back and was refused. The car got repoed on March of 2013. They put it on my credit as never late repossession. I just want them to take it off. I tried with them so many times and was told you was almost 3 weeks behind which they didn't count the payment they took and was counting the week they had the car. Now I also have a balance to pay of 2322.00 on my credit. All I want them to do is take it all off. I was going to sue and I still may do it. At the time I didn't have the money to sue but I can now. Getting a refund for everything would be nicer!
