They accessed all my contacts and send threats and abusive text messages. I was able to verify that their company is not registered to sec. How can we file a complaint against this company?
They are texting and calling my contacts and making libelous story avout me.

I would like to complain GetPeso because of their harassment way of collecting loan. I had a cash loan of 2k but when I got the money only 1,400 because of processing fee. I was not able to pay on time due to my financial diffulty and explain to then the reason that I still willing to pay.I paid 2k last Mar 2019 in a condition that will not txt or call my contacts anymore but still yesterday and today they still text all my contacts to feel me embarrassed. The collector Agent named Carlo who is handluing my account said that I still have a balance of 4,900 as interest and penalty and forcing me to pay full. And when I will not pay, I will take the consequence and they will txt and call again all my contacts. I ask where are they office located but the agent refuse to tell. I hope that the proper agency will help us, all the victims to stop this harassment and to pay GetPeso for their wrong and abusive doing.

They dont know how to understand situations. Yes they will gave you extension but they're keep on texting and bothering those people who are in my contacts hanggang sa mapahiya ka na. And the worst thing is they keep on giving you high interest which is mahihirapan lalo magabayad yung borrower. Meron naman mga ibang loan online pero di naman ganun kalaki ang interest and they will give you time to settle your loan and hindi na nila tutuboan pa. Pero si getpeso grabe,di na po kasi tama ginagawa nila. Sana po marunong silang umintindi kasi kung ung tao kung may balak na takbuhan sila sana po di na nagpaparamdam sa kanila pero kung nakikipag usap pa po ung tao it only means na willing e.settle yung loan pero hindi nga lang biglaan kasi sa sobrang laki na din ng tubo nila.
I applied for a loan in GetPeso and was approved. Delayed po yung payment ko due to medical expenses. Sunod2x kasi na ospital yung mother in law, father and yung anak ko. I talked to them and informed them about what happened. Nakipag negotiate po ako sa kanila na babayaran ko every payday until I'll settle everything kasi hindi ko na kaya bayaran nang isahan kasi from 6k umabot na siya nang 10k plus dahil sa laki nang tubo at penalty nila. And now , even after I pay on a specific paydate, tatadtarin po ako nila nang tawag in a day and accused of declining to answer their calls which I did not intend to do so kasi may trabaho ako and if makapag usap po ako sa kanila I told them about our agreeement . And now they are texting me about magnanakaw daw po ako and threatening me about estafa case.Not only that, they also texted all my contacts letting know about my loan even if these people are not my reference. They are harrassing people na kahit na walang kinalaman sa loan ko. I think they are also monitoring my phone activity kasi they do have all my contacts. Please help me stop this company harassing people around me and text-shaming me.I feel so down and hopeless becausw of what they are doing. I am emotionally affected because of what they are doing.
